I couldnt be more pleased with Body Beautiful. Ive worked with several of the staff, and Ive been totally thrilled. Hanan at the front desk was welcoming, honest, and reassuring. Sylvia took extra care in discouraging me from a treatment I thought I wanted, recommending a less expensive procedure that I loved. Michelle, the owner, worked with me on pricing and gave me good discounts because I underwent multiple procedures. To date, I have had 3 laser treatments (microderm abrasion, dermabrasion, and genesis laser), eyelash extensions, eyebrow tinting & waxing, botox, and Juviderm. I am scheduled for permanent make-up (eyeliner) in the near future. As I said before, I couldnt be more pleased with the staff, the facility, pricing, and the results of my treatments at Body Beautiful. I will turn 60 on my next birthday, and I have received MULTIPLE compliments from people to the effect of, "Im not sure why, but you look terriffic! Whats new about you?" I feel rejuvinated and more attractive than I have in years! Thank you, Body Beautiful. You really have given me a new lease on life. I would recommend you to anyone! I decided on 3 hours of a variety of services based on Google reviews prior to April 2016. I received a facial ($65) by Sylvia and eyebrow waxing ($9). This was the worst service I received. I arrived early and filled out 4 pages of paperwork. Then proceeded to wait when I was the only client in the building. So if you run late, shouldnt I receive the same time-allotted services? Not so, as the 60 minute facial was only 45 minutes. The eyebrow waxing was "meh" as she didnt even bother to pluck any of the stray hairs missed by the waxing. Maybe I expected too much, but Ive received better services by qualified staff at Cost Cutters than what this salon is marketing. Dont bother on either of these services. I did receive a nice 90 minute massage ($125) with added foot reflexology by Rachel (I believe). But when I checked out Renee overcharged me by $15. I had to bring up their website on my phone to show them the quoted $30 price (not $45) for the added reflexology of the feet. So when you combine the negatives versus the positives, I couldnt give the 3 star rating and I certainly didnt think this was a 4.7 star experience. It was overpriced for the services received. I did not receive any "freebies" and I am not connected to the owner or the employees.

Ive been going here for several months now for follow up procedures and I have really enjoyed it here. The first time I came I was looking to relax and get away. My baby is in the hospital and i needed some destressing. I recieved a 90 min hot stone massage and a facial. As a massage therapist myself I look for places I think deserve my money. I wasnt dissapointed, not in love, but not disappointed. The facial wasnt what i have had before, but still very nice. The front desk staff have been amazing. They remember me everytime I come in and ask me about my baby. When I finished that first day I also signed up for lasor hair removal and I have been LOVING this and the results. Over all I have had a great experience here and will recomend services from here. The mssage wasnt my favorite, the facial was fine, but the medical side has been fabulous, and the front desk remember who I am and personal things about me.

This is place is HORRIBLE, do yourself a favor and pick one of the literally hundreds of other spas around town. Ive been here myself for a massage - it was mediocre at best and I had to endure a million sales pitches for their membership. I set up a massage for my wife as a gift and they flubbed the whole thing and double-charged us because they cant keep basic information straight. The owner is passive-aggressive and unfamiliar with the basic tenets of running a business (e.g. being nice to people, taking customer satisfaction seriously, not being super dismissive and mean). She literally hung up the phone on me when I called to discuss what happened. I dont know where these Google reviews are coming from, their Yelp page is littered with horror stories. Buyer beware...

I was told to be 15 prior to appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and while I was filling out paperwork I was taken to the back room and told that because I was not there 15 minutes prior to my appointment that they could only do an Express service. Which meant half of what I originally came for. I was not late to my actual appointment time I was just 5 minutes late to my paperwork time. Other than it being a nice office outside area is questionable. I believe they didnt want to see me because they were applying a Groupon credit towards part of the full service fee. A heads up, if you go here get to your appointment 30 minutes early to be safe.

Nothing Special about their Mani-Pedi but for the price I WOULD NOT go back NO WAY! With tip around $70.00! I have real nails. Cleanliness was okay...They did not even open new tools. I would not waste your money or go back. Not worth it. Find a nice nearby spa and spend half the price and you will get just as good of service. Nothing special. Facial was also okay but again NOTHING SPECIAL. You can find a local aestitician that will charge half the price and do a great job. I am convinced that the reviews on here are from the people that work there.

I thoroughly enjoyed mt pedicure and chatting with my nail tech-Aurora- we had the nail room all to ourselves, no obnoxious smells or sounds etc. It was great...until the other nail tech-denise?-came in. She sat her client down to get started on a pedi when I was finishing up. As soon as my nail tech left the other one was asking me if my service was alright and came over to inspect my toes. She was talking bad about "other techs" giving HER clients bad pedis...it was just uncomfortable and VERY unprofessional. If i go back it certainly wont be to her.

I would say that I have shopped around, read reviews, and did some homework before I came to Body Beautiful for an initial consultation for the HcG diet. The reviews and the price made me decide to go about 1 and 1/2 hours out of my way. I also decided to go because Body Beautiful offers so many different services that I am interested in (such as Botox and Juvederm,), for excellent prices. So, to sum this up, I would ask, why wouldnt you go to Body Beautiful? It is clean, convenient, and the staff are efficient, quick and attentive.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the friendly staff. My appointment was on time, there was no wait, and I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The massage therapist, Carol, was a sweet lady and she listened carefully to my aches and pains that needed extra attention. Shes very empathetic and seems to really care about the individuals she helps. I definitely will be returning, not only because of the reasonable prices but because of the excellent customer service and experiment! Thank you Body Beautiful Spa! :)
