Today was my first and my last time going into this "salon" I asked for a certain design on my nails only for the tech to not understand what I wanted, halfway through the polish stage I asked the tech if he knew what it was that I had asked for, he replied no (that was frustrating) so I asked if there was anyone who knew how to do what I wanted (simple freestyle) he pointed to a lady sitting in the back row on the phone. I was halfway through explaining the situation to her when it was obvious my words were not penetrating her brain I turned to the lady next to her and asked if she understood what I was saying and she replied "no" unfortunately the lady who DID understand me showed absolutely NO interest in what I needed or any urgency to help me. What frustrated me the most is even though I paid for my services and supplied a very nice tip before the paint job was completed I received very poor service from workers who acted like they couldnt understand me.. Shouldnt English be a requirement when working in an establishment that requires attention to what it is your customer needs?

One would think that if you bring a picture in and specifically say "I want it like this" that would mean that your nails would look like the picture. I asked 2 different girls that said they could do it and then as the tips got put on the nails looked like they were lifting off my real nail..they said oh dont worry once gel is on you wont see it. I again had to explain that I wanted nails to point the same direction as reals nails. This should be common sense that no one wants nails that looked like they are trying to fall off as they are being put on...this was a terrible experience as the girl had to then rip the messed up tips off my real nails leaving glue residue behind. I was then told to go somewhere else. This is the worst experience I have ever had and Ive been getting nails done my whole life!!!

Went with a friend and one of the staff wore a mask and gloves while giving me a pedicure, but the one who worked on my friend didnt. Weve always liked the cleanliness we experience there, so we were a little unhappy about that. Otherwise, they keep the tools sanitized and even clean the tubs for the foot baths. Ive never gotten a manicure though. Sometimes the staff speak a little quiet, so its hard to hear them, but they always do great work. They arent too rough, and they do a good job working around the scar on my heel. Ive been there a few times and Ill definitely go again.

Excellent place for one stop shop. The shop is inside Walmart and its very roomy compare to other salons that Ive been to. You can hardly smell any fume from the acrylic and other chemicals they use to do your nails with. The service was great and my nails turned out better than I expected. Everything is clean and well kept just like new. I dont have to worry about cleanliness when Im in there. My tech did a great job and I will definitely come back.

This place is absolutely amazing! Not only have I been going here for 3 years but my mom and sister have as well. I NEVER have normal/plain nail designs. I can bring in a picture of designs I have seen and get exactly that done. I constantly get compliments on my nails. Try Prestige Nails! I guarantee you wont be sorry!

I have had my nails done by so many other salons in the past. Na, by far is the best! She is the only person who has ever made my nails look natural and they never lift. I highly recommend her.

Bad customer service they make my nails so ugly with rude treat when I explain it!! To them I didnt like it they answer the design was hard !!!! Really !?????
