This is my third time coming to this nail salon and I have receive the worst experience and worst customer service ever. Chi has always did my nails so my appointment was for her. I arrived on time to my appointment. the manager Chi was busy and she was still with another customer so I stepped outside and waited. I came back in and the receptionist told me that Chi left to pick up her son, I understand that daycare close at a certain time I have kids too but no one came out to just tell me, so I began to wait again. Chi comes back and she begins to do another person nails while they place me over to start my pedicure. While doing my pedicure....another stylist tells me shes going to do my nails. Im confused because if I wanted anyone to do my nails I wouldnt have made an appointment. Chi, didnt have the dignity or respect to come and asked me do you mind somebody else do your nails today she just told them which I thought was disrespectful. I had the SNS nails done prior so the nail tech came over to start doing my nails. I felt rushed. She was doing my nails while my feet was getting done and this was not a relaxed feeling AT ALL! Very upsetting is an understatement I asked Chi, your not doing my nails....she responded next time ....really, this is how you run your business. the young lady that did my pedicure was great. It was Chi who didnt respect my time left me while she had to pick up her son which is fine just give me a heads up, and didnt even apologize for not doing my nails after making an appointment with her. I gave it two stars because my nails did look nice and the two time prior but the customer service was horrible especially coming from the manager. I hope she reads this , for my service was $71.00 and I wasnt happy with the customer service AT ALL.

This is a good quality nail salon. They have a lot of workers and a lot of chairs so nobody should ever have to wait from what I can see. I had a manicure and a pedicure. They offer multiple pedicure options so I chose the one with the hot stone and oil massage and paragon wax. It was $42, which was reasonable. For both services (which were done at the same time and immediately started once I got there) it lasted around an hour or so. The massages on both hands and legs were excellent and they use warm lotions, which is quite nice. Even though it is a bit of a drive I will be returning. I dont have anything negative to say. Even the decor was nice and the chairs were comfy.

I love Centre Pointe Nails and Spa. I remember when the owner Chi first open her doors at this location. Years have gone by and this shop gets better every day. Offering some of the most popular services that both men and women would love to have. If your a fan of SNS they now offer it. I cant do UV ray light so I am happy I can now get gels and have no problems. SNS last for four weeks. It happens to strengthen the nails. Looks much better and does not break/chip. Kathi did my first set of french and they look fabulous. I cant live without them. Besides doing tips and toes Centre Point does facials, massages, eye lash extentions and much more.

Horrible experience. Pedicure- My technician was rude and kept trying to upsell me on their services. When I said no she looked annoyed. I asked for a design and she was frustrated. After the message I decided not to get the design and she said "thats easier for me" Manicure- I asked for a gel manicure. I told the technician I never had a gel manicure before and she started talking about another product. I could not understand what she was saying and I ended up getting gel acrylics. I got home and noticed one of my toes was smudged. The staff was rude and very salesy. Plus their prices were way overpriced!! DO NOT GO THERE!

I am of a certain age and have gone to many spas in Phoenix for my nail care. Never have I been in a place that is not only very welcoming and professionally run, but beautiful! You actually feel relaxed from the moment you step through the door. I have been a client of Centre Pointe since its opening over 2 years ago and am sorry I havent written anything until now......But one thing I know is true - I can call and safely and confidently say "I will take whoever is free" because the quality of the mani/pedi is consistently excellent. I am so grateful they are only 10 minutes away! (And Chi, the owner, is FABULOUS!!!!)

It was my first time coming in to this place today so it was all new to me...also I was exhausted and couldnt really comprehend much. But they service was great I was greeted friendly and helped immediately. They didnt pay mind to me not having conversation or messing up when I talked. The prices were great and my nails and toes looked fantastic. Even when I accidentally messed up my toes trying to scoot my chair forward the nice women doing my nails fixed them right up again before I left! Overall Im definitely comming again!

Centre Pointe was recommended by a co-worker & Ive been going there for about a year & this place is one of the best in Phoenix hands down (no pun intended)! Although I can only vouch for the excellent service of Cindy, Rose & Tracy, everyone seems to do an excellent job. IF for any reason you are unhappy with anything, the owner will do her best to make it right. P. S. I reluctantly post positive reviews since historically something then changes/happens; lets hope not the case this time...

I am finally getting around to writing my review about BW. My boyfriend brought me for a birthday spa day. This location is the only BW that offers a couples massage...not sure why. The massage was amazing, the facilities are great and the staff was very attentive. The only problem here is the parking, which is expected for SM. Love using the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi after my massage. We loved the experience so much, my boyfriend and I are considering the monthly membership!

I can spend all afternoon here. Oh wait, I did.I think you get a lot for what you pay for at Burke Williams. Its very reasonably priced (facials start at around $110) and you can enjoy the steam bath, sauna, and Jacuzzi before/after your treatment. When I went for a facial, I also got very good advice (did you know that youre not supposed to use the Clari sonic brush daily??). Theres a constant supply of fruits, water with cucumber/ lemon, and tea. I look forward to going back!

I lost my most favorite Nail Tech (Don) when he left the former shop I used to go to. I FOUND HIM and he works at this beautiful facility that is now my new place to be. Visited this past Tuesday and I was totally happy. The atmosphere is great, nice music, lots of chairs, variety of pedicures and they offer Eyelash Extensions as well. This place is close to home which is great. Im recommending it to all my female relatives and friends.

Good attention to detail, wide variety of services, friendly staff, nice ambiance and a lot of bang for your buck! For the price of a standard pedicure elsewhere, here you get hot stone leg & foot massage, hot towels and even a brief shoulder massage included. Awesome! Must also point out that I appreciate they always use disposable, one time use liners in their pedicure bath bowls.
