I called to make an appointment and a girl named Jas answered the phone and was extremely rude for no reason. She gave attitude and used profanity over the phone and hung up the call. I have no idea how your facility employs such garbage. Someone needs to fire this girl..its almost as if she doesnt want new client business.

I have been calling for the past three months waiting for a manager to call about my account. I have yet to get a call I call every week and they give me the same excuse the manager will call me back, now three months later and $400 later still no call. I wish I can cancel everything and never go back!!!!

Jaz in the front desk is the RUDEST person I have ever experience it my 20plus years of customer service. She hung up on me and when I went in she didnt apologize. I immediately spoke with the manager who was very nice. However I will never recommend this location

My one and only experience here was HORRIBLE. They cancelled my appointment on me, but didnt tell me until I arrived. And then they offered absolutely nothing for the inconvenience. This location is very poorly run.

This is one of the quieter and calmer locations. I havent seen all of the therapists (yet) but if you need work on shoulders and neck see Patricia! Colette gives great facials! The front desk is always friendly too!
