I called stephen on multiple occasions to ask about spa maintenance. He was extreamly helpful over the phone helping me troubleshoot issues I was having and wasnt in a hurry to just come out and charge me for minor issues. I also had to do a pump replacement and he told me what my options were and how much it would cost, He came the very next day, put in my new pump, checked out the rest of the spa system at no charge was clean punctual and very fair. I would reccomend Steve and Protech to everyone.

Bought spa at spa world 8 years ago and today called spa tech to help with spa tripping breaker. I already had the cover off and they walked me through a self diagnosis that led to a faulty heating element. I was blown away by the knowledge and incredible customer service. I used them once before to do the electrical and they charged half what another place quoted.
