I went in for a very light cut and a touch up for melt. I just had moved her from Atlanta. I asked what the range is, fully know there are different levels in the aveda salons. I was booked with one of the high end (priced) colorist without being informed. I was sticker shocked. I paid more for a touch up ( and it literally took her 5 mins to rein my hair) than a cut and full melt color in Atlanta. It was above the range I was given when I asked for the breakdown, after tipping 20%, I was told there was a 35.00 bowl fee. I never received an informed explanation on what a bowl fee is. I called the next day and was dismissed by the receptionist about the price and bowl fee. As a business owner, I would want to know any unhappy new customer. An automatic text gets sent out asking for a survey and I replied that I would not recommend the salon... again as a small business owner, I wouldve responded right away to see how to make things right. The color didnt last ( Im aware on how to take care if color) and she didnt take enough off that I had split ends right away and dont blow dry or straighten my hair. It was a huge waste of my time. And money!

First time getting a haircut in the city and Im super glad I chose Hector Estrada! This high-end salon has many trained professional stylists who take careful measure to ensure customer satisfaction. Initially, I was not too certain about what exactly I wanted to do with my hair except to chop off 13 inches. I had a couple of pictures on my phone so I showed them to my stylist Cesar who was awesome BTW. He was very helpful and asked many questions. Luckily, we were able to figure out what hairstyle looked best for me. Cesar would sometimes pause after some snipping to double check if I was satisfied with how the hair looked. Very considerate and trustworthy in my opinion! Ive gotten so many compliments from friends and family on my hair! I definitely plan on coming back for my next haircut!

Ive gone to different salons around the valley, but every time it seems the benchmark I use has always been this place. They have great customer service. The place is chic with a casual vibe. Too often than not salons often seem pretentious, overwhelming and sometimes a little intimidating. Not this salon! You feel that your amongst friends. Their stylists really work with you and offer great suggestions. And I love the Aveda products they offer.

i LOVE this place. I was there this past weekend to get hair and makeup done for my best friends wedding. Nicole and I were the co-maids of honor and she got her hair and makeup done as well. We were both VERY pleased-our hair and makeup looked incredible! Also, everything stayed from 10:30 am- 11:00 pm. Leslie did my hair and it looked even better than I was hoping it would look. The aveda makeup was beautiful. GO HERE!!

My husband and I have been coming to this salon since they opened. We have experienced services with every stylist in the salon, and they all do amazing work! I refuse to go to any other Aveda salon, because I have already found the best one. I absolutely love that they only use Aveda products at both of their salon and spa locations.

David is the bomb! I have been going to David Guzman for years. I would say he is more an artist than a stylist. David is passionate about hair, likes to stay current on new products & techniques, and really enjoys making you look fabulous!

I loved Jason so much! He made my hair look like a movie star, with only a haircut. I liked the upscale service the salon offers and felt very pampered the entire time. Cant wait for my next trim!
