I bought 3 groupons to this place for shellac mani-pedis thinking it was the real Hilton salon and spa and boy was I wrong! It is the absolute worst place I have ever gone to to get my nails done. I took my friend because she was getting married in two days. The nail tech was so rude and shot down every idea my friend had about the color she wanted to do her nails. Neither of us got to pick our own colors for our pedicures because we were told that "the salon closses in an hour and we like to go home too". The lady doing my pedicure brought us two shades of green (we mentioned green might be the color we wanted) and asked us to choose which one we wanted. Not once did we have a chance to get up and look at other colors to see if we truly wanted green, it was pretty much decided for us. We were rushed and felt like we had no choice in the matter. I understand that people get tired but if you are not going to provide customer service, dont book us for a 6:00 appointment! The nail tech smeared the shellac and just rigged it enough to where it didnt look totally horrendous but did not fix it all the way. Again, I thought this was a groupon for a Hilton hotel spa and the name was misleading. I cannot imagine who in their right mind would pay $95 for a mani pedi of such low caliber, quality, and comfort. ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER GONE TO!! Luckily, I called groupon the very next day and they refunded my purchase in its entirety. You could not pay me to go to this sorry excuse for a salon again. Trashy, low class, and horrible service! If I could give this place zero stars, I most definitelywould.

I found the staff to be very nice and the place did not have the regular nail fumes. Disappointing however was the mani pedi experience. The new nail tech did not even notice that I had on very clear nail polish. She did not take the precaution of cleaning off all of my nails. She did a quick look over. I noticed that my nails looked lumpy and I pointed this out but she made it seem like this was how my nails were. Not until I left did I realize that throughout the whole manicure experience she was I attentive enough to not notice that there was OLD polish on my nails. I have my wonderful nail color over old polish. Hard to tip for this kind of service. Will stick to my regular nail place which charges 1/2 as much and gives me twice as much the service. I bought the Compliments deal through Groupon but I can hardly imagine that the value is $87! Totally bogus! Will not return at all. The two stars are for the fact that the people were actually nice.

I was just too excited to get a hair cut using my Groupon that I didnt even take a second thought about reading about the place considering that it bears the name "Hilton Salon and Spa". I was really disappointed to arrive at this one story building with an animal clinic right next to it and an alterations/ dry cleaning place at the front anticipating to be at a Hilton hotel property. I walked in hoping that they would say I was at a wrong place I didnt even know what to ask the desk since I was quite in a dismay. The ladies were nice and courteous. My hair dresser did a good job with my hair however I dont think that the $135 wouldve been the price Id pay for this salon. I would rather be at a high end salon like the real "Hilton" for this price.

My experience with this salon is a negative one. I used a Groupon and was CHARGED a separate fee to remove my old polish. I have NEVER been charged for polish removal at any salon. Pedicure was quick with little massage. When I called to get several services scheduled on the same day, staff was nice on the phone, but when there was a problem scheduling, they offered to call me back. No one called me back. After a few ordeals like this, I asked to get my money back for a Mothers Day massage I purchased and was told I couldnt get a refund. BUT I could use the money for the massage toward another service. After all the negativity I experienced I have no desire to return to this place so the ability to use a credit there is meaningless!!!!!

I have been to many salons and have never loved going back, at Compliments I was suprised to finally be satisfied with the services I recieved. I paid the regular prices, even though they were a little more pricey I understood since its a high class salon and because of how fabulous my highlights looked. Not only was it easy to book an appointment, but, my stylist, Alison was able to match my roots with some low lights to keep it natural. Also, Ive never had such a great manicure. I enjoy how my nails never chip or break, and the nail tech was not only friendly, but she was very helpful with my odd work hours and she even saw me when she wasnt scheduled. Thank you Compliments crew for doing an outstanding job!

Courtney is amazing. I moved in the summer last year and had been with my hairstylist for about 7 years. It is difficult to trust someone new with my hair. I found Courtney because I am friends with her sister. Well, Courtney did not disappoint. Her knowledge of hair color was great. And the haircut was wonderful too. I tried another place in town after this first time with Courtney and was very disappointed. I only tried a new place because Compliments is about 45 mins from my house. I have decided the drive is worth having great color and a fantastic cut. I highly recommend Courtney!

I did the entire spa day experience full price and had an excellent time, not too expensive. When I returned for a second visit, I was highly disappointed. I was charged 1.5 times the first visit - with less services. I sat around after my appointment time. The woman who did my facial raced around from room to room, like she was on crack. She got cleanser in my eyes and when I told her it was burning and I needed something to wipe it she replied youll be fine... It was not a relaxing and enjoyable experience

My experience was bad. Crystal did my hair and didnt listen to what i had wanted. My hair color was horrible chunky red and blond. The blond had spots of red on it.The color wasnt me and didnt make sense. I wanted to cry. The hair cut was ok. The front desk was not friendly, they took forever, and they seemed like they didnt know what they were doing. They served me a dirty glass of water. All in all it was a bad time..my hair is damaged from the blond she used on my hair. Ill never return.

Compliments at A Hilton Salon & Spa is a warm inviting place. From the moment I got there I was greeted immediately by the receptionist and attended by my hairdresser. My hairdresser Jessica is AMAZING!! She asked what I wanted and gave me a really great style not to mention she was able to accommodate my schedule and fit me in on a last minute appointment at closing time. I tend to be a very picky client and she was very considerate to my needs. I am very happy with this place.
