I used to love this place but the new owner decided its ok for her to bring her dog with her to the gym for 14 hours a day while she works. Now not only do you have to worry about people not cleaning up after themselves, you have to worry about dog hair everywhere now too. She claims her dog doesnt shed, but its not a breed that doesnt shed. I just think its highly inappropriate to bring a dog in a place like that. She said she cant leave him at home either and that I would have to deal with it. I dont want to go to the gym to roll around in dog hair. She isnt in shape and doesnt workout, she just buys gyms to try and turn around and sell them for a profit. This is no longer a place for me, I just want to workout in a clean environment.... Well as clean as it can be

The owner Cindy Kemp of Snap Fitness Mesa is a very rude person. I have been using Snap fitness Mesa AZ location recently and this was a big mistake..My home gym (Snap fitness Gilbert) for the past 7yrs is much more family oriented with attention and respect to the members.... We, the members of Snap Fitness pay the bills. Without your members you dont exist. Your corporate office needs to know about how you treat your members. Anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and stay away from this gym...Snap Fitness Gilbert is so much more member friendly...

I have been going to this gym for over a year. The first thing that people should know about this gym is the friendly staff. I struggle with form while working out and the owner always helps me out. They have pay as you go training and also have red light therapy. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone of any fitness level. As far as the gentleman who complained about the gym being dirty... I have never experienced this for myself. I believe the gym is clean kept it good working condition.

This gym has been perfect for me. It has everything one could need to get a good workout. Small, convenient, not overly crowded. Staff is great, management really cares about the best interest of members, trainers are knowledgeable, and they have a great massage therapist there now too. This is a staff/team that was designed to help people achieve their goals, promote health and wellness, and prevent injury in the process. You wont find a better place.

I love the size of this gym, with the 24/7 access. I dont know why that last person put dirty, this gym is spotless. They have so much to choose from for how small it is. I love the fact that I can go in any time of day and not worry about other people watching me or comparing me to other. I would totally recommend this gym.

Pretty disappointed with how dirty this gym is. Looks like a dust storm blew in and has never been cleaned since. Equipment is also pretty filthy as if members never wipe it down, and neither has the staff. If this was my main location and not in Tucson, I would definitely consider cancelling.

Staff is always ready to help with any need and the gym is very well maintained and clean. The new owner is wonderful and even some days brings her sweet pooch that is well trained. Over all as great gym I would recommend to anyone looking to be in a good environment and improve their health.

Wow , I love all the new things they have added in the last 2 months. discounted massages, stretching for my golf game. I like the new inspired seminars , Ive never had that in the other gyms before. its great when they are always making the gym better. LH
