Compared to Golds Gym, this place is very limited. Its so little that unless your coming after 10 p.m. plan on a humid and crowded workout. After working out at Golds for 2.5 years, I just couldnt transition into this little enclosure. However, the young lady that runs it was very sweet and helpful to me. And its some what convenient if u need to workout on a graveyard work cycle being open 24/7.

Snap fitness in North Ogden is an amazing place to go work out! They have an amazing atmosphere there. The owner Bobby is amazing she is so kind never pressures you to do something you dont want. But gives motivation when needed!!
