Was slightly disappointed with my experience. It was okay for a smaller gym. I paid for a year in advance with the understanding that my contract would go month to month after the first year. I didnt love their child care policies (from what I could gather, it was pretty anything goes and that is not the kind of place I want to take my toddlers) and when I got a trainer they CONTINUALLY messed up my billing. Eventually, when the year ran out, my contract DIDNT roll over and I didnt bother to renew. By then they were pumping all their money into their Crossfit portion of the gym and it just wasnt worth it. What I wouldnt give to get a 24 Hour Fitness in the area!

Didnt have the membership long, it was the cancellatiOn process that was terrible. Submitted our cancellation and was billed another month, called in and they said it was an error because they changed payment provider but its cancelled and they would send us back the charge. Charge was not returned and we were billed again for 3 more months despite them telling us each month it was cancelled. Presently still waiting on return of payment for those months and was told our account was canceled this time for sure.

Gym was nice, but when I heard they have a CrossFit gym coming it completely changed my perspective... Josh Jacobson and Jeff Chavira will take this gym and your fitness to a place you can only dream of!

Gem of a gym. It was upscale and had a great selection of equipment. I havent worked out there for a while but do miss it.
