I was visiting SLC to do some snowboarding and took a class at Mudita Yoga on my rest day. The space was beautiful and Henna was a fantastic teacher. Maybe Im just a jaded New Yorker, but I wasnt sure how the class would compare to back home. I was pleasantly surprised by the great class and it felt wonderful to get all the kinks out after five days of riding.
