My wife and I just finished our week free trial and immediately signed up for monthly membership! We have been to most of the classes they offer and have found that they balance each other very nicely! Most are hot and really get your body oiled and limber. I love the restorative classes, a little cooler, and they really focus on getting your body into the correct positions to open up! The instructors have been a huge help. They genuinely want everyone there to get the most out of their practice. Theyre extremely knowledgeable and they care. What more would you want?! The price is fair for how we use it. We like to practice a number of times a week. They also offer 10 packs for those who go once a week or so. Nothing is better than getting out of work and knowing yoga will get you back to that peaceful place. The location is relatively small, there are only two rooms, but it comes with a nice sense of community amongst the people.

Bikram is an island in the yoga world. Talk to most instructors and students, it is likely that they will have little experience with other styles of yoga. I like to do Bikram yoga once in a while. I find it to be a good cleanse, but dont be fooled into thinking that it is the ultimate workout. The hot room (105 degrees F) may leave you feeling drained, but you really have not worked your muscles as much as might think. Bikram consists of the 26 postures, in my mind that gets old after a while, but some people love it. If you have not tried Bikram, my advice to you - listen to your body. Dont push yourself deeper into a pose if you feel pain. If you feel dizzy or light-headed sit out a posture. Yoga is not a competition. It may feel like it in a Bikram studio because of the mirrors and the script that encourages one to go deeper. The key is to be in tune with your body.

Cozy, welcoming, and inspiring. The class room sizes are large enough to fit a big class but small enough to make it feel cozy. Every trainer I have taken a class from has been great. In particular, my favorite teacher is Jamie Cavazos and my favorite class is the Mountain - Hot Flow class that she does at 6 am. I have been going to yoga off and on for over a decade but it never stuck. The culture, vibe, and passion of the teachers and students at Mountain Yoga is addicting. . . so much so that I have decided to make it the focal part of my health routine (instead of the secondary part to my weightlifting routine) Both my wife and I go and love it. Looking forward to the day my kids can join me in the adult classes. I thought I would right this review to share my appreciation :)

Wow, Im so glad I didnt read these reviews before I tried my first class. I was very nervous to go to Yoga, but everyone at the studio has been very kind and helpful. Yes the instructors ask the class who is new, and yes they have called out my name to correct things, but never have I felt embarassed or that they were yelling at me. This is coming from someone who was terrified to start and still very self conscious about Yoga! I would be more upset if they just let me do the wrong thing where I could get hurt or not get the total benefit out of a pose. They are called instructors for a reason and its their job to make sure you do it right. The instructors at Bikram Yoga do a very good job of that!

The people here are SO extremely friendly and helpful. Theyre so knowledgable about what theyre doing. They also recently re-modeled which I must say has made such a huge difference. I suffer from several things: depression, high blood sugar, and stress are just a few. This class has definately helped me realise what moves to concentrate on to rid me of these toxins. Thank you so much to the instructors and youre doing such a wonderful job!! I recommend this to anyone interested in Bikrams. Dont be intimidated... I still have my days where it feels like my first one :)

I attended this studio when I had a frozen shoulder. Frozen shoulder -- hot room -- seemed like a good way to cure the problem. It actually helped quite a bit. I tried to get a friend to go with me but they were all too intimidated by the heat and humidity. Since I grew up in the coastal South, I dont even notice the heat or humidity. The instructors were all great. They helped me with alternate postures for the ones that I was unable to do because of limitations. 90 minutes sounds long but surprising how fast it goes.

Every time i have gone here i have gotten deathly ill. i was so worried there was something wrong with my immune system, but i was telling my neighbor this and she had the same experience, she even said that her doctor stopped attending this studio because he and the majority of students attending a particular class all got deathly ill for a month. he encouraged my neighbor to stop going and he no longer attends. thank goodness it wasnt just me. guess they need to use more disinfectant or something...?

The instructors are all so friendly outside of class! I say outside of class because while you are in class they are making you do hard things. :) But they are all in the habit of introducing themselves and acknowledging as many students as possible before and after the class. People in general and very friendly at this studio and people of all ages, sizes, abilities, and experiences are made to feel comfortable in their practice.

The coolest studio for hot yoga. (also room temperature classes.). In only two classes a week, my aches and pains are erased, my stress is eased and my soul is nurtured. The heat feels luscious and detoxing, while the instructors are experts. The atmosphere is upbeat, calm, and steadfast. Mountain Yoga is simply the best studio there is.

I am a yoga novice, and I had previously been training at another studio. I was happily surprised by this studio, they had so many more options for classes, and their staff seem to have a greater knowledge base about the practice itself than the other studio I was attending. I am excited to be learning here.

Great studio! Joi is my absolute favorite. They have a variety of classes so even if you dont like the heated ones, you still have options. Marc wouldnt let me do my own thing in one of the bikram style classes and was super strict, but like I said Joi is amazing!

I love that they are true to the original Bikram. The teachers always have new insight on poses and how to enhance my flow. I learn something new everyday! Helpful staff and affordable prices. :)
