have been going to herbal nails for about 3 years. I started off at this location with my mother. every time I have gotten SNS manicures here at least 2 or 3 break within the first week of having them on. They tried adding an extra layer to see if that helped it did not. After about 6 months there was a second location opened on 1-17 and Happy Valley closer to my home at the time. I started going there...they were about $8 dollars cheaper, customer service was better, and my nails stopped breaking! I recently moved back to Scottsdale and came back to this location to give them a second try. After my first manicure back, 6 nails broke within 9 days. I came back on day 7 (the warranty time period) they said I didnt have an appointment and turned me away to come back Friday they would still fix them for me...I didnt need to schedule an appointment. I came back Friday after work...a lady told me she couldnt get me in I offered to come back in an hour she said OK I told her I was not willing to pay because I was turned away on wednesday (day 7) and she said ok. I came back an hour later to the same lady saying she only stands behind the product for 7 days and I will have to pay to fix the 6 nails that were broken. I asked to speak to a manger that was the manager. I love SNS manicures, I love herbal nails. However, the Scottsdale location has proved to show poor customer service, they dont stand behind their product what so ever, and they are always running behind and over booking clients. I am hoping many others dont or havent had my experience but if you are hard on your nails do not go to this location because they will not fix your nails if you break them and they charge more and do their manicures too quickly with little care.

When I first went to try the SNS manicure I had a bad experience and not at all what I was expecting. The store manager knew something was wrong and went over and above to make sure I was a satisfied client. She rebooked me the following day with one of their best techs, Tanya, and I have been a loyal client since!!! Tanya is AMAZING and I have so much fun getting my nails done. My nails have never looked better in my entire life!!! I couldnt be happier with their services and would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Unfortunately my opinion of this place has drastically changed; and not in a positive way. When they first opened they truly cared about the customers needs and comfort level along with providing a clean environment. This is no longer the case. The air quality was no linger clean. My visit was rushed and I was left with the feeling they could care less about their clients. Also, the massage chairs for pedicures were absolutely disgusting and dirty. I will no longer use this place for my mani pedis.

I wanted to pamper myself since I didnt before leaving La. I chose Herbal N & S, b/c of reviews and pics; curious of the SNS. I was comfortable for, Everyone was welcoming, great customer service, and I love organization. You wont see a nail salon where Im from, this busy, on a Wednesday....The atmosphere has a calm, healthy fragrance, great decor, and very clean. The SNS and #8 Pedi was well worth it! Leave a tip yall. Thank you Lynn and Tyle (l think).

I came here while I was visiting the area for a mani/pedi and Im sooo I glad I was referred here!!!! The owner was beyond accommodating as my friend and I were walk ins on Fathers Day. My tech Daniel was very professional from start to finish. This was the best experience Ive ever had at any salon. I wish they would build one in Chicago, Id come running!!! A must try, you wont be disappointed.

Tommy did a great job and was very professional. I have very thin nails and at the last salon I went to, all the nail techs kept commenting about them which started making me uncomfortable. When I would walk into that salon, it was like "There is the lady with the thin nails". Tommy did not mention that which made me feel better about getting my nails done. Keep up the good work.

This place offers water or wine which is always nice. They seemed like your happiness was what they aim for another nice. They sincerely want you to tell them. Next time I go in I may have the wine and I will ask for a pillow for my back. I will get a basic manicure and have them use their natural gel because they say it helps your real nails to be healthy and grow.

I have been a customer at herbal nails in Scottsdale since they opened and feel compelled to express my satisfaction with this salons service. The space is very clean and professional and has built a loyal client base over the past year or so since it opened . If you want a real treat have Tony give you a spa pedicure. He is terrific and you might almost take nap.

I just had my mani done and Love it. This is my 6-7th visit and I will come back again. Sophia takes such a care and makes sure its Perfect! Prices are very reasonable for the amount of time and work they do plus they offer adult beverages. The Spa has beautiful and relaxing ambiance with awesome music and flexible hours.

Really nice facility, friendly staff and quality service. Had a different way of doing things tho- for my nail takeoff instead of soaking in a solution they slid a full acrylic underneath the old. But everyone was very nice and there was no rush. Definitely going back again ^^.
