Hi Jesus, I have never spoken to you or met you, so your review is a little unfair to us. Your sister, Joselyn sat up the appointment for your parents, one of them being Claudia, the other person who left us a 1 star review. This was a same day appointment and I had to call in a therapist on her day off to accommodate your parents. I made it clear to Joselyn that your parents would need to book a 60 minutes massage in order for my therapist to come to work, and she agreed. Your parents both received a full 60 minute massage. After their massage I was told that they only wanted a 30 minute massage, so they didnt want to pay for a 60 minute massage. My "workers" worked the full 60 minutes and need to be paid for their time. I was generous enough to call it a miscommunication and only charged your parents $22.05 each, which is what I pay my therapist. The reason they owe each of my therapist a $15 tip is because it is in the contract they signed when they bought the vouchers. They spent a total of $37.05 including tips per person for a full 60 minutes massage. Now tell me, where can they possibly go to get this type of a deal? At the end of the day I made absolutely no money on your parents massages, so yeah an absolute joke is right. The joke was on me. I went to this spa this weekend to use my Employee Appreciation Voucher that I got from work. The location is in quite a run down office park, and it is in the way back with no signage. I literally walked the whole property on all sides of the building. I almost went home. There were two gates that looked locked, and it seemed the suite I was looking for was behind what appeared to be locked gates. I happened to see a woman in the courtyard and she said the gates were not locked. The actual signage was at the door. It should be located at the gate that looks locked. I was asked to pay first because my technician had back to back appts. On the voucher that I had it said my Facial in a Dash is valued at $40 and the required tip was 20% min. I expected to pay $8.00 for my tip. When I went to pay Jenny said that will be $14.00. I asked how she came to that calculation. She said the vouchers were misprinted and the Facial in a Dash is actually $60 some dollars, which is still not $14.00. I needed to get this done before my upcoming trip. The facial was good, but the bait and switch was not. I will be calling the people who sell these vouchers and letting them know about the bait and switch, and it is unlikely I will be back for my remaining services. If I do go, I will have Jenny put in writing what the expected tip will be prior to arriving. It did seem like they did have a busy office.

I love this place! A massage is something I need on a monthly basis. Its therapeutic for me mentally and physically. After I leave here I always feel recharged. They are a new business and offer some good specials and packages. The owner is very sweet and my therapist Laura is the best massage therapist Ive ever had. She always knows what areas are bothering me and works out all the knots very thoroughly. I highly recommend this place.

This is my husbands and my first massage in the spa. The receptionist/owner, Jenny, was very friendly. Lena, who massaged me, seems knowledgeable and the entire session feels really good. Ill definitely go back. My husband said his massage provided by Laura was really good too.

Had a great massage at this place over the weekend. They were really good at accommodating us last minute, and I felt they did a great job targeting my sore areas. My only complaint is that I couldnt smell the aroma therapy I chose at all.

I just had a lovely massage/facial with Jenny. Her techniques are calm and relaxing and I seriously drifted off to another place. The ambience here is very soothing, as is the music selection. Ill definitely be scheduling another massage.

Chic and tranquil spa with friendly staffs. Great deep tissue massage. I left this spa feeling so good and relax. Go to their website, compare their price with other spa near the area and this spa would be the winner. Highly recommended.
