Ive been a member for around four months now and couldnt be happier with my experience at Kalologie. You get top quality services at an affordable price. I am no stranger to a good massage and facial, but Kalologie absolutely sets itself apart. I have gone to Raza for massages at least 2 times/ month for chronic pain and am now at the point where I can go weeks without discomfort. Ive also had a facial and massage from Cassandra, which both were awesome! The owner, Rene, has been very accommodating and went the extra mile for me in the first month of my membership when I was trying to figure out some issues I had with my HSA bank card.

I purchased the groupon deal for massage and facial for both my mother and I. I was less than pleased with the facial (even more disappointed with the $19 upgrade). I feel like other facials I have had were more hands-on. There was so much time where she was doing something behind me and nothing going on on my face! The massage was ok. Nothing spectacular, but no bad. I guess you get what you pay for. Forme, Ill stick with the W hotel where I normally go. Personally, I wouldnt return for facial service. Maybe for a massage at a discount again, like groupon or living social.

Came in today for a 4:30 appointment for a 1 hour massage with Francine, but when I arrived she brought me into the room and explained that she can only stay until 5pm. I said no thank you. She said Im sorry, and she said someone should have told me, so I went back up front to wait for my wife. I told the girl up front what happened and she asked if I wanted to stay for the 30 minute appointment. I declined and walked out. Will never go back to this place. No respect for peoples time.

Absolutely great experience! My mother, my "adopted" mom and I went in today for facials and massages. We saw different providers, but all of us had a GREAT experience. Lacey is the first face you see when you come in and she is awesome! Totally friendly without being fake. We would definitely recommend this place!

This is hands down the best facial I have ever gotten in the world! I wish I lived in the area as I would go once a month! Next time I am in town, I will be visiting for sure!

Rita is a great person to get a Facial from she does a great job every time the staff is friendly as well. I will continue to go there as long as Rita is there to do the facial.
