I have had countless massages in my life from resort spas to various massage chains. I have to say my massages here rank in the absolute top! I like a very firm massage. Chris does an amazing job. No agonizing elbow poking and bruising you all over but instead wonderful strong hands and arms that redefine what a firm, deep tissue massage is like. He accomplishes so much in just an hour you will be shocked. He is so courteous and starts immediately after consulting with you versus the places where they seem to take forever to get started eating away your one hour that turns into way less than that. Not the case here. I have had deep tissue massages where I am almost crippled the next day. I always thought that was the price I had to pay to "help" my tightness. Not the case. I also have now done the Foot Reflexology with Teresa. Have had many of these elsewhere as well. Teresa was wonderful. Truly an outstanding experience. She could not have been nicer. So easy to work with. I had injured my feet and was looking for some help and relief. She worked with me and adjusted her style as we focused on my feet. Made a huge difference. If you are looking for a truly great massage or reflexology for a great price you really have to try this spa. Both Teresa and Chris are outstanding!

The short version: Incredible. Highly attentive staff. Customer focused. Great value (~$50 for 1 hour). And staff that genuinely care and engage. The long version: Ive been getting massages here for a few months now. I injured myself in a motorcycle accident a few years ago and the massage has been an amazing extension of my physical therapy. Teresa is simply amazing. Before each appointment she asks me how Im feeling, what areas are sore / tight, and what specific needs I have for that session. Every session has been a little bit different, as she works different parts of my body and uses different techniques. The results are more than evident. Im much more loose, have reduced the pains from my accident, and more mentally / emotionally relaxed (especially for the few days following the massage). Massage Naturals is by far the best value Ive found of any massage spa in the valley. Other places offer a decent deal the first time or through a Groupon, but the regular rates are a bit much. I purchased their 5 for $250 pack...all things considered its a great deal and allows me to get massages much more regularly. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Had awesome time at this place. The manager is very friendly and polite. Did the 90 minutes massage, and dont want to get up. Time just fly by so fast. That is how good I felt. Pretty refreshing. The place was a little hard to find, since its at downstairs. So you only see the Massage sign and few other day spa businesses around. The lobby is a little empty too. I guess they just opened and will need some decoration and sofa for seating. Great place. The parking is a little hard though.

I know if there is ANY place in Arizona I would want to get a very fine quality massage; it would be here. The owner is very charming and does an amazing job. Massage Naturals Spa is hands-down one of the best places to get a very comforting, relaxing massage and without a doubt easily merits a 5/5. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a soothing, affordable massage!

It was my lucky day I called and got an appointment and was there in less than 30 minutes for an hour body massage and also a one hour foot massage. Theresa was very helpful on the phone and welcomed me like I was a dear friend. The massage was amazing and will return on my next trip to Scottsdale. It was a clean safe and friendly staff. Ive had many massages here, both Lesli and Teresa are excellent. They communicate well regarding pressure and both have a lot of experience- very knowledgable about how to treat injuries (Ive had 2 back surgeries) theyve always been professional, and are accommodating regarding scheduling. I Highly recommend this place, and you cant beat the price!
