I am absolutely disappointed with my experience. I booked online for the Henderson Gallaria, las Vegas location. I live in Texas and planned on visiting my boyfriend who works in Vegas and booked 2 90 minute massages for valentines day. I googled the location closest to his apartment and followed the link to book appointments. I received a call to confirm the next day Which was weeks before my scheduled appointments. On the day of, I called to confirm. The Henderson location had no record of the appointments and told me they showed my appointments to be in Scottsdale Arizona. The lady at Henderson did her best to fit me in last minute however thirty minutes later I then received a call from the Scottsdale location saying they would still charge me for the previously scheduled appointments. She stated on the phone that her location has been receiving numerous appointments booked from other states due to an issue with an error in online booking. I told her that wasnt my fault and i shouldnt have to pay for an online booking mistake that is affected not only me but many people. She basically told me I should have known the area code was for Arizona and shes still charging my card for the 2 appointments since I didnt cancel 24 hours in advance. I dont see how I am supposed to memorize all the area codes and know that the online booking isnt functioning properly. I wonder how many people have been charged and received no service due to an malfunction of the massage envy booking system and it was ridiculous to be treated so poorly for it on top of having to pay for 4 appointments. I understand its valentines day and it sucks when people cancel last minute and a massage therapist misses an opportunity for a session but Thats NOT MY FAULT. The lady stated clearly that this isnt the first time its happened. Its not unreasonable to have people from out of state/town to book a massage in las Vegas online nor the is it unreasonable to expect they will receive a massage at the location they booked an appointment for. When I called the Henderson location, although the lady on the phone was very kind and helpful, its frustrating that being charged for the 2 other appointments was never discussed and its even more frustrating to get a call twenty minutes later, after we had thought I had cleared everything up, only to have a very rude employee from Scottsdale tell me I have to pay for all 4 appointments because the booking system messed up but its valentines day so she would not waive the charges. That is what most people call bad business and STEALING. If it wasnt a gift for my boyfriend I would have just cancelled all appointments and never returned to massage envy and after today I plan on finding somewhere else who treats their customers with a little more respect and takes accountability for their own mistakes.

Visiting from Boston area for the weekend and wanted to find a studio with couples massages. Was within walking distance of our hotel so that was our deciding factor in choosing this location. Booked in with Stephen & Michelle, was meet & greeted by Judy at the front desk who was very friendly & did a great job getting us settled in. The trouble came during the massage, we started nearly 15 minutes late (although this wasnt really a huge issue as they pushed the time back); second issue was while we went over the intake the door was left wide open letting our voices carry down the hallway. My therapist was Stephen who did quite good work for me and checked in several times, the other therapist working on my girlfriend was a different story: her therapists pressure was nearly nonexistant (being rated medium/firm by the staff we expected a bit more), and on top of this she only checked in once to which the reply was to increase the pressure. This did not happen, and during the massage she went over her scalp a total of four times, the last three with cream still on her hands; she also did not address the areas requested nearly enough and spent much more time on areas not requested performing easy repetitive strokes such as effleurage and rocking for extended periods of time (personally it felt like the therapist was just killing time). Overall I came out feeling pretty solid but cant say the same for the other half. During our checkout we voiced our opinions and were offered a complimentary upgrade (choice of aromatherapy, bio freeze, or foot scrub) if we came in for another session. Needless to say we will not be back considering we arent from the area so technically we were offered meaningless compensation. Working i. this field we get that this business is tip based so we left Michelle $10 but I honestly shouldve gone with my gut instinct and taken that money to buy my girlfriend a drink cause she needed it. P.S. We understand the need for communication between therapist & client, but theres only so many times you can interrupt somebody before it becomes disruptive to the atmosphere (especially in this case she was concerned for my massage, being that we were in the same room). In the end the fault did not soley rest with the therapist but the fact remains that a poor experience was had.

another example of technology idiots who punish businesses. I tried to schedule an appointment... and couldnt find the method. Id go to the center I wanted to book with and then it would kick back to another 3 choices away from where I tried to book the appointment. WHEN WILL BUSINESSES LEARN THAT THIS IS OUR BUSINESS AND WE MUCH DEMAND THAT THE TECH IDIOTS FOLLOW OUR ORDERS AND DO WHAT WE ARE PAYING THEM FOR... IT IS THE SIMPLISTIC APPROACH THAT IS MOST SUCCESSFUL... WHEN WILL WE LEARN???

Consistently friendly and helpful front desk and scheduling service. With only two exceptions in 3 years, when I ask for a type of massage (generally deep tissue or pressure point), I am scheduled with a therapist who can provide the (pain) service Ive requested. The massage therapists have all been attentive to asking where the the pain and stiffness is and discussing where the focus of the session should be. Very professional, quality service.

Eh, this wasnt the best place for a massage, but I guess you do get what you pay for. I walked away feeling "ok", but the next day I was pretty sore. I am not sure if she knew what she was doing or if I was confused of what a massage should feel like.

Rob and Michelle are the best! My mom and I go often together and get massages in the couples room. I have tried many therapists here and Rob and Michelle are FANTASTIC. Best massage we have ever received. Deep tissue!
