Extremely disappointed with my experience. The spa has a nice atmosphere but the customers satisfaction is not important to the employees. I went in for an IPL treatment because I had seen amazing results in the one I received from a different spa a few months ago. Absolutely nothing happened to my skin either because the technician didnt know what she was doing or she was using faulty equipment. I called to tell the spa it did not work and they couldnt have cared less. They offered to have me come in again... of course, at my own expense of another $200. I have visited a number of different med spas and have never been so disappointed. I highly suggest people look elsewhere for any photofacials.

I have always struggled with bad sun damage growing up in Arizona, I met someone at the gym who told me about photofacials and recommended this place so i thought i would give it a shot. I went in for my first treatment and met with the technician who was extremely knowledgable and friendly. She said the average person takes about 4 or 5 treatments to get rid of based on how bad/deep it was. Right after the treatment ,I got worried that it had gotten worse but after a few days it sloughed off and is practically gone!! after ONE! Im thinking i might only need one more treatment! Needless to say I am more than happy! GREAT PRICES too!!

This was absolutely the best treatment I have ever had. I had the hydra facial. The staff was so friendly and knowledgable. I wish I could go every week and get a treatment.
