I found this spa on yelp. The staff is super friendly and cheerful. I went in for a simple facial waxing, which in my past experiences is slap on the hot wax, rip it off and youre on your way. Mozaik however was a fantastic experience. The waxing room is super private with a spa waiting area. Its not a closet in the back behind the washer like my last place. The gal listened to my issues with the last place, asked about how sensitive my skin is, if I break out easily. She took great care to make sure it wasnt painful, cleaned often, used a facial lotion and took her time. I left without puffiness and very little red irritation. I usually break out terribly the next day, however its been 24 hours and not a zit in sight! no redness, no irritation. I highly recommend them. Its a little more than I usually spend (20% more) but completely worth it! I wont have any scaring or blotches.

Best spa ever! I purchased a massage through a deal website to try Mozaik out. The atmosphere is excellent, there are a couple relaxation areas to relax in while you wait for your service and beautiful "spa like" details everywhere. Allie gave the most amazing massage. I have been back a second time and am getting ready to go a third time in a couple weeks. The receptionist informed me if you ask for the deal they will honor it without you having to go through a deal website to purchase.

My work had a Vendor fair where they offer spa packages for new clients from many different spa places. I selected the package from Mozaik Skin and Body for my Mom and am so glad I did! My Mom has said this is the best massage she has ever had and the same goes for the facials and chemical peels. The staff are always kind and professional, they take the time to understand what are the problem areas. I will definitely continue to bring my Mom again and again.

Very, Very, unhappy. Scheduled a honeymoon massage for my husband and I, and they called the day before the appointment saying we would not be able to go in after all, something came up and we needed to reschedule. The times they gave us we are not able to make, and I let her know it was part of our honeymoon and we live 2+ hours away and she said "Well then were just going to have to cancel". Horrible customer service. I will not recommend to anyone!

I love Mozaik Skin & Body! The employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I was looking for a good skin care line after a facial and their esthetician took her time to help me find products that were a perfect fit for my skin. I highly recommend Mozaik in Scottsdale, AZ!
