Went in for a deep tissue massage this evening. The therapist was nice enough but it was very disappointing that I paid for a service she could not provide. She complained she was way too tired to be doing a deep tissue massage at 4pm and she didnt understand why she was booked for one so late. I u derstand people get tired but I am astonished as to why they take peoples money for services they cannot provide. Very corporate like a massage envy (but worse) just chasing the dollar rather than trying to provide good service.

The place was clean and Michael was very professional. Great massage! I would go back. I went because of a gift certificate. The only complaint I have is why was the gift cert sold at $39.95 and then they charge $49.95 for the massage? You think it will cover the massage and then get charged $10 unexpectedly. Normally I dont take my wallet with me so this time it was fortunate that I had it. Embarrassing to the person who gave the gift as well!

I always have such an amazing experience here. Max is an amazing therapist for this poor beat-up dog groomer, and the rest of the staff is amazing as well. The service at the front desk and beyond is both warm and professional, and Catherine in particular is great at asking the proper questions to get a person what they need therapy-wise. I have a membership here and will definitely be returning for years to come!

This review is for Christina, an experienced masseuse who gave me the best massage I can remember getting. It was actually a pregnancy massage, which I was skeptical of because I like a lot of firm pressure. Christina gave excellent pressure, she covered all body areas, and her techniques felt heavenly. I have never been so relaxed and enjoyed a massage as much as I did with Christina.

The front office staff were friendly and fantastic. They got me back to the room almost immediately. The massage therapist (Maxfield) did a pre-massage evaluation and tailored my massage exactly to my needs. Overall, the experience was well above expectations.
