its a scam basically its a massage therapy session- not refexology- I wonder if anyone is disrobing- because thats illegal they are not licensed nor hold any diploma from a USA Board Approved Program in any therapies eastern nor western - ask them they will avoid your question ? these centers are a scam trying to use the word Reflexology so they can do a massage without a license.. are these therapist who work on the public even using clean technique ? sanitation process exist ? have they been finger printed by the county like CNAs or Massage therapist ? are they even CPR 1st Aid Trained like your 5yr old child is - if they work with the general public? . iv been here and they are just like most of the other so called "Reflexology centers" so sad the public is being misled. Reflexology is a specific therapy based on being specific and should be based on using controlled pointed pressure not blanket massage strokes to cause an effect using a map and deciding which map is best and what part of the map to emphasize- discussing with the client before and after. if you dont speak English what kind of questions do you ask before the session starts ? how can you judge the effectively ? how do you know if someone has headaches in the frontal vs HA in the occipital if you dont ask - so what kind of therapy do u provide? if you dont know then are you doing the same therapy for everyone over and over again ? do you keep or take notes ? ? how is that a therapy ? I never went back - but test them go back and see if the therapy is any different? how can the Therapy be the same if the client presents differently next time ? test it further send in a friend - the friend will get the same blind treatment you did- how can the treatment be the same if the client is different ? Im glad that the other reviewers had a great experience. Unfortunately, I did not get the same experience. I decided to get a 90 massage here since they had coupons that you could print online. I agree with the other reviewer about the receptionist... not the friendliest person in the world. Ive been to a lot of reflexology places and Ive noticed that the majority of the massage therapists do not speak English. To deal with this issue, I told the receptionist ahead of time the area on my back that was bothering me the most so that she could tell the therapist what she needs to focus on. Although I had an appointment, the massage did not start until 15 minutes later (and it ended 10 minutes too early). The only good thing that I could say is that the FOOT massage was excellent. I actually fell asleep during the foot massage. The down side is that she spent almost an hour on my feet. The last part that was worked on was my back, which only lasted for about 15 minutes. In a way, I should be thankful that it wasnt too long because it was AWFUL. The therapist used her elbows the entire time and did not massage the part on my back that I specifically asked the receptionist to tell the massage therapist to focus on (keep in mind that the receptionist could be blamed for this if she didnt tell her). The other thing that I did not like was that she massaged my spine, which was very painful and a sign of a BAD back massage. In the end, the part on my back that bothered me before I went there still bothered me by the time I left. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I been working and staying busy lately so my girlfriend decided to treat me for a treatment. I called and made the appointment, the trouble started when I arrived. The receptionist was very rude, she said one people? I answered yes, she asked if my girlfriend wanted a 30 min treatment then I answered maybe ask her. She proceeded to shut me up with a quick, shhh and then open the door to the back and push me in. My treatment was 4 out 10 stars, the lady that came in asked me if I like strong, medium, of soft pressure, I responded with Strong. 25 mins in, there was nothing strong or deep in her technique. I asked her kindly if she could do it Stronger, she responded by saying where. I told her everywhere. The strong pressure lasted about 2 mins and she went back to medium soft pressure as before. So I gave up. She seemed in a hurry, not really focusing any part of my body, she seemed rushed. When I walked out and proceeded to pay, the receptionist over charged me, I told her that I had called about the coupon I saw online for 54.99, she said that was cash only. I told her that I asked her over the phone, if I needed the coupon or anything else, and was just told it okay just show up. If it is a only cash special, how come is not stated clearly were the promotions are in their website. Would not recommend this place at all to anybody serious about getting an authentic Reflexology message. Avoid this place and the Receptionist.

A lot of reviews of this place are old, so heres a newer one from my recent visit: I visited this reflexology location with a friend and I dont plan on ever going back. For starters, nothing they did was reflexology, it was just a massage. Second, it was a terrible massage. I felt like the guy working on me had no idea what he was doing and was just squeezing bits of me at random. He did spend a lot of time on my feet but nothing similar to reflexology Ive had by other professionals. By the time I got home my neck was in extreme pain and by the evening my calf muscle pulled so I basically couldnt move for the rest of the day and into the next. Barely anyone working there speaks English so I couldnt communicate with the person working on me. I paid for the service (before the pain set in) and wrote it off as a learning experience. After I recovered from the pain the next day I called for a refund. After speaking to three different people trying to get someone to understand the words "boss" or "manager" I finally got someone that just kept asking why I would want a refund. I think I got through to her and she said "okay, let me check with my boss, I will call you back." I highly doubt that call is coming and at this point its a waste of energy. Save yourself the pain. This place is cheaper than most for a reason.

I have been receiving Eastern (Firm) and Western (Gentle) reflexology treatments for over 30 years. As a traditionalist, I prefer the firmer and more specific Eastern techniques. In that regard Zen Reflexology scores a perfect 10. For those of you that are unaccustomed to the Asian approach, it is very direct and does not come with a lot of the ineffective "fluff" that some spas promote as pampering. In my experience, the Zen therapists are not being rude by jumping straight in and getting the job done, they are simply focused on providing a professional treatment session for the full time that you book them for. Ive had numerous treatments at Zen Reflexology and have been treated by several different therapists. I was completely thrilled by the fact that all the therapists appear to have the same training and touch, and I receive the same quality of treatment regardless of the therapist. This is a huge plus when compared to other facilities where the treatment varies from therapist to therapist. Receiving a facial and other muscle relaxing techniques along with the traditional reflexology is just the icing on the cake :) I make Zen Reflexology a regular part of my personal wellness program and would invite others to do the same!
