I work in the relentless world of business, and over the years, I´ve realized that the one deciding factor of success is passion. Jeanette loves what she does, and it shows in how she does it. After weeks on the road as a traveling consultant, I find that an escape to Serenity Skin Spa is exactly what I need. Jeanette immediately puts you at ease, and it´s easy to "melt" into the comfort of the environment. She is not only professional, but also very empathetic. That is to say she is sensitive to each person as an unique and special individual - asking not just about preferences, allergies, and needs; but also offering ideas about new kinds of treatments without gimmicks and high-sales-pressure. Instead, she is genuinely interested in what’s right for me. She analyzes my skin type and my "style" to recommend skin and grooming treatments that keep me looking professional and feeling rejuvenated. I have been going to Jeanette for a little under a year now and originally found her on Yelp. Ive had facials and waxes at her studio and I have to say that I have never been disappointed once! She is very professional but also warm and caring at the same time. She puts you at ease and always makes you feel comfortable. I really appreciate Jeanettes attention to the ingredients in the products she uses and her willingness to share her knowledge. Go see her- you wont be disappointed!

Jeanette has great attention to detail. The perfect eyebrow wax is excellent everytime. Her place is always clean and comfortable. I would recommend Serenity Skin Spa highly!
