I was so disappointed. Not only were 2 of the 3 massages I paid for not any good, but my husband went in for a foot massage and he hated it. He said the woman didnt seem to know what to do and seemed like she was afraid to actually touch his feet. He described the experience to me, and I had to explaint to him what an actual foot massage should be like. When I called back to complain, the manager said since I was not going to continue my membership he was not going to do anything about it, even though I had already paid for those massages. This shop is a numbers shop. They advertise heavily and figure there will be a constant influx of new people to replace the ones they upset. They are not a good massage shop. The guys in Fiesta Mall give a better massage from their chair than these guys do. My experience was more than a year ago, but I cannot imagine that they have done a complete turnaround. Too bad in this day and age you cannot escape reviews from your upset customers - the days of turning and burning are gone.

I was feeling a little tense and decided a massage was a good idea, looked this place up and fell in love with the prices. For my first time, it was a wonderful massage and would definitely recommend the young lady I had, however, you get completely stressed out all over again as soon as your continuing to check out. You are bombarded and pushed into a sale over membership mumbo jumbo, and then tell you if you dont sign up, your must pay 50% more the next time you come in, the young lady at the counter (Lindsey?), was incredibly rude and difficult to work with. She was so unfriendly and made me feel completely uncomfortable, the next time I come in, or the next anybody comes in, I would avoid her and the whole membership. They obviously fake the customer service for a sale, especially when you say no to the membership they try to rush you out the door.

First time went had so much trouble with front desk and manager and after 30 min of debating with me that what I asked over the phone was incorrect. Very rude. Month later, tried to give this place one more shot but it just got worst, the massage made my back hurt worse for days and again the front desk was trying to charge me for a free massage I earned.. told them that I have 1 free hour massage and you want me to use that on a half-hour session? They are unorganized and extremely greedy! Been to 5 different locations and this one is worse by far.........

I love this place so much! Im sad that we have recently moved away from it. The staff here are truly amazing. I highly recommend it. Especially if you have any nerves from it being your first time or previously having a bad experience or something, they are perfect. I felt so comfortable with every therapist and like my needs were always met. Im going to miss it but highly HIGHLY recommend it to others!

My husband loves Carmen, she is super good at deep tissue, and all his work related muscle problems. Carmen is my favorite, and she is the best as far as I am concerned. She knows when to dig in and rehear knots, and when to ease off and let me relax. We have gotten nothing but top notch service from this location. We actually live closer to another massage envy, but will stay here for the therapists.

I spoke with the manager for the Dobson & 60 location, and she was extremely rude and unpleasant. I was very polite throughout the conversation, but she was consistently shrill and annoying. She was probably having a bad day because she is alone except for her cats, but still I was shocked by the way this manager behaved. Such a disgrace.

Ive been a member at Massage Envy - Dobson for a few years and my experience with them has always been positive. The facility is clean and well maintained; the receptionists are friendly and helpful, and the therapists are well trained and professional - my current favorite is Tai. If you like deep massage, she is great!

was expecting to make today a relxing day, but its hard not to stress when you make an appointment and when you show up they say your not in the system, i was made to wait an hour to see a massage therapist, because one of their receptionist failed to confirm my appointment WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Called four hours to get left message no response then called again got an answer wanted to give me a noon appt but required me to b fifteen minutes early which as we spoke was fifteen to noon seriously wow totally unacceptable staffing issues

My visits to Massage Envy Dobson have been wonderful. My certified therapist Heather has great technique and is pleasant to work with. I enjoy every message session greatly. It enriches my body and mind as well as my golf game. Cheers!!

The massage itself was good. I had Carmen and she did a good job on my lower back and neck and I feel great but she didnt have enough time to concentrate on anything else because at Massage Envy a one hour massage means 48-50 minutes.

Ive been a member for around two years and have always had a great experience, but todays session was awesome. Amira does great deep tissue and very knowledgable. She worked my neck and my head feels pounds lighter.

My young daughter and I went for a couples massage. Everyone from the front desk to the therapists were very professional and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would recommend this Massage Envy.

Fabulous massage from Andrea, worked out several major knots in my lower back and shoulders. Didnt really know how much stress I was really carrying. Best way to a relaxing weekend.

Pretty good massages here but honestly the Chandler location seems to have a little more Talent. Its a good alternative when the Chandler location is all booked up.

Ask for Lori, she is amazing. Anything less than 90 minutes and youre wasting your time. Go relax, bring a gallon of water, and youll feel amazing after.
