I purchased a Groupon for lip fillers and showed up to my appointment early. I wasnt seen till 20-25 minutes after my appointment time. I was hesitant about the lady and asked if I could see the girl that did my lips last time, but she was with a client. She asked what I wanted and I explained but didnt seem to quite grasp the details. the first poke to my lip she hit a blood vessel, I could feel her hesitation and lack of confidence which in return made me feel even more nervous. She didnt want to enter in on that side anymore since it was bleeding heavily and moved to the other side. She never went back to touch up more on the right side after that initial poke. At the end she said there was a little left for the bottom.....leaving almost nothing for the bottom lip. I never requested to have a bigger top lip than bottom lip. Also, this was the most painful session I had ever encountered in comparison to the handful of times Ive had this done. I bruised more than I ever had and the swelling was bigger than in the past. I gave it over a week for the swelling to go down in hopes I would like my result and Im still unhappy. I sent a message through the "contact us" on the website explaining the situation and I never heard back from anyone. I have gone there before and had a great experience with another lady who listened to what I wanted, was confident, and left with great results, in return Ive recommended family and friends. But after this experience I have to say, I am extremely unhappy with my lips and bothered that they didnt return my message or call me.

This was my second visit after a year and half still very disappointed with the nurses and staff. Not to mention they injected me with Botox when I made the appointment for Dysport. They wanted me to pay for Botox even though it was there mistake. It was embrassing to discuss what i had done in front of others there in the lobby and salon. The nurse I had Debbie was totally out of it and even broke a few blood vessels during her injections. I have gotten Boric before and didnt like it thats why I stuck with Dysport. Lastly its been two weeks and I have a droppyness on both eyes in which I have never had before. I will definitely not be coming here again!!

Not worth the cheaper prices. I have been getting DYSPORT for years and NEVER have had it last HALF the amount of time as when I go to my usual place. I think they watered it down, though they denied this of course. I was given BS reasons why it didnt last very long. NOT WORTH IT! I also had referred my sister who had a horrible experience. Would never recommend any one again. I dont normally write reviews but this bothers me so much I have to warn others.

I went to Allure Med Spa two weeks ago to start the HCG diet. Everyone was so friendly, the environment is warm and fun, very welcoming and the staff all treated me like a queen. Debbie Landry the nurse is professional, very knowledgeable and is helping me on my way back into my bikini. There are many choices in the Scottsdale area but as an Aesthetician myself, I choose Allure, and YOU should too :)

Very unhappy on how I got treated. Had juvederm done on my lips came out uneven. Charging me $250 for half syringe to fix them. Wont be coming back and will not be recommending patients to come here. Should have read all their bad reviews they had before coming dont make the same mistake I did dont go there for fillers :(

Nurse Lori and the girls upfront are amazing and very professional. Lori is very personable, has a friendly demeanor and practical...No upselling. But if you have questions about additional procedures shes very knowledgeable, without the hassel.She has the lightest touch. Absolutely painless!! Ill definitely be back.

My Sis and I had the best treatment. We didnt feel pressured to buy more or do more. The staff was very friendly. The whole ambiance was very relaxing. Lori did our facial treatments and I was surprised that it didnt hurt. We will definitely be back to see Lori. Thanks for making it a great day for us Ladies.

Received Restlyn in my lips & check folds which didnt take well. After 3 wks went back and the office manager wasnt willing to do anything. Guess Im going else where. Sorry they lost a good customer
