I have been a customer at SWINA since June 2015. It is my favorite place to go to for body wraps. Going to SWINA beats going to resorts because you get a better because deal at SWINA a body wrap is $40 and if you go to a resort it is over $100. Also the students that work on you at SWINA are very hardworking and friendly compared to a resort. The staff has always made me feel like a valuable customer. One time the student that was supposed to work with me was out sick and they could of had me come a different day, but they had another student come in the last minute to work with me. Another time I wanted to buy a shirt from SWINA since I am a proud customer there and they were on the look out for me. They found a shirt for me to buy and got me an awesome deal! Last, they do an outstanding job working with the customers wants and needs! For example, I always request to work with someone that is experienced and they always accommodate that for me. The main reason why I have been a customer at SWINA for 3 years is because of how they accommodate me and always make feel valued. hope they keep up the good work and every time I go it is always a positive experience!

I cant say enough about this amazing school! Since I work full-time, the evening program was perfect for my schedule. I created forever friendships with my fellow classmates and the instructors who genuinely care about your growth and success. Ms. Bev was my White Block instructor and helped build my confidence to as I learned all of the facial protocols. Lydia and Lisa guided me through the treatments in the student clinic. Angela was an amazing laser instructor who has an endless wealth of knowledge and shared her real-life experience in the medical spa industry. I will forever be grateful for the educational experience I had at SWINA.

I was in town visiting for a few days and wanted to get my time in because from what I cam remember SWINA was a very calming and welcoming experience. I was about 15 minutes late because I went to the wrong location. But the ladies there refused to check the schedule to see of there was anything else available and didnt even attempt to look at the schedule to reschedule. I was brushed off with a superficial "sorry" and they continued to chit chat amongst themselves...this place certainly has changed. Too bad because it used to be a pleasurable experience.
