There is no secretary and they do not return phone calls when you leave a message. I have actually been standing inside the business and called in an attempt to speak to someone regarding an issue. Walk back to the offices, both doors wide open and lights are on, waited around for 15 minutes and still no one showed up. Organized Chaos. Budget a little extra because the production has some required items that you must purchase. We were informed about Mandatory Photos one week before they were to take place on a Saturday afternoon during soccer season as if the dance studio didnt take in to consideration any other activities. I feel they should have offered other choices. We did not make it back in time for the photos coming from the soccer match. I just hope we can locate another dance studio option in the area. My daughter did comment that her dance instructor was extremely nice and overall she enjoyed the class.

As another reviewer noted the studio has a sense of "organized chaos." While my daughter thought the instruction was good she never felt comfortable there due to the chaotic environment so after several months we took her out of the school. That would have been the end of it but two months later the studio started billing our credit card automatically again. After many attempts where calls went to voicemails (NONE of which were ever returned) I finally got someone on the phone who noted the error and said the charges would be reversed. Well not all the charges were reversed and after more unreturned voicemails and emails I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. There are options for more organized studios where you can actually get in touch with someone and has good instruction. I cannot recommend this place.

My experience there was marvelous. I was first a student attending there summer camp as a tween. They have a schedule already set up for you. 3 hours a day. It was challenging, fun, hard work, and over-all a really good dance experience. The teachers are so nice and they push you and you have so much fun here. They have lots of good teachers and youll have fun. The dancers there are nice as well and the facility is very big and open and spacious. They have classes for everyone and they always make you feel welcome. I loved it here and if I hadnt moved to a different state I would be dancing there!

My daughter did a jazz trial class last week and said the teacher was great, kids were nice, and the class was challenging but fun.

My child attends Kimberly Lewis School of Dance and I highly recommend this school for all ages.
