I didnt have a good experience. I was sometimes greeted rather coldly, like I was a bother. I started bringing in shirts for laundry and press about 6 months ago. About half the shirts (Id drop off 5 or 6 at a time) came back poorly pressed. I asked to have them re-pressed and was told they would be hand pressed. They came back ok, so next time I came in I requested hand pressing for each shirt. About half still came back unacceptable. I asked to speak to the supervisor. She apologized and said she would take care of it and I wouldnt have this problem again. The next time was the same problem. I told the woman behind the counter (not the supervisor) that I was going to have to take my business elsewhere. She simply said "ok" and didnt seem to care. I have to drive farther now, but get the service I was looking for.

Disappointing. I dropped off 3 dress shirts for laundry and press. They were clean when I got them, but the press was absolutely terrible. There were wrinkles all over the place. Completely unacceptable... I would have been better off just throwing my shirts in the dryer and removing them quickly. I will be re-washing and re-ironing them. Find somewhere else if you want quality.

At $1.75 for dry cleaning, I am now paying 1/4th of what I paid in North Scottsdale and I have been very happy. It is certainly worth the drive to take in 10 pieces of dry cleaning and pay $17.50 vs. $75.00 that I paid in North Scottsdale. Thank you perfect touch! Alan G.

They returned my bcbg completely ruined. It had a large portion that had jewls, they were all gone and returned the dress to me on the hanger inside out. This is a very expensive dress that the ruined and did so with full knowledge.

Shirts came back three times looking the same way they did when I dropped them off. Terrible- never going to Perfect Touch again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The girl(s) at the front desk have nothing but attitude. Which is a shame.
