HORRIBLE!!! Customer service is the worst. I dropped off two wedding dresses and asked them to be boxed. They told me it would be $99 each which was fine. After a month, when I went back to get them they had only been cleaned and not boxed. They told it was $99 for the heirloom boxing. I called the manager and he said I must have misunderstood . It would only be $99 total for each. After another 6 weeks I got a call that they were ready - when I went in they had one for $189 and couldnt find the other one. I called the manager again and he said they shouldnt have called yet but that they would both be ready in a few weeks. Went back to pick them both up and ended up having to pay $370 for both. It was like a nightmare and scam all in one. I paid it just to get the wedding dresses back.

Apparently, they are not concerned with customers returning here. I dropped 16 shirts off to be laundered at this business. All 16 shirts were labeled "Machine Washable". Instead of laundering the shirts, 12 of them were drycleaned. I was told this is because they contained "rayon". I was not told this when I dropped them off and their employee seemed perfectly fine with the fact that my laundry bill was $83.96 instead of the $36.48 that I was expecting. It doesnt matter if they cleaned them well or not at this point I will be taking them elsewhere in the future.
