A dry cleaner is a dry cleaner, right?! NO! I want to share a lesson I learned. Bountiful Family Cleaners is no ordinary cleaners! They saved me time, money, and tears. My daughters and son in-laws reception was this last Thursday. On the Wednesday before, around 3:00 p.m., I was carefully pressing the light pink brides maid dresses, preparing them to be worn in the morning for temple pictures. A seamstress I hired from SLC had pinned the names of each girl dead-center at the front neckline. When I took off the name tag of one of the dresses, I saw 2 dark smudges. I was horrified! I didnt dare touch the satin with a wet cloth for fear of making matters worse. I ran to a dry cleaners close to my home. I asked if they could help me right away. "Not today," replied the hired help. "If we rush it, we could have it for you by tomorrow at 3:00 p.m." Frustrated and discouraged, I pulled away. Then I remember a friend telling me that they loved and trusted Bountiful Family Cleaners. I drove straight there and was greeted by the hired help with: "How can I help you?" and then, "Let me see what we can do to help you," Within minutes a gracious man, (I suspect the owner and operator,) attended to my need. He stepped away for a moment to make a phone call then asked if I could pick up the dress in the morning around 9:00 a.m. I was getting ready to ask if 8:00 a.m. was possible, but his attention shifted for a brief moment to the employee side of the room. Evidently, the phone call he made was to an employee who had left for the day but decided to return immediately to help me. She was his expert stain remover! Within just a couple of minutes the soiled spot was cleaned in addition to another spot removed that I hadnt noticed on the shoulder. The dress looked like new! The lesson I learned? There are a lot of cleaners who will provide their customers with bare essentials. Not many companies provide consistent, quality services for routine cleaning needs then bend over backwards for their customers with emergency help too. I believe it is because the owner/operator of Bountiful Family Cleaners shows up for work. His personnel picks up on his attitude of valuing his customers so they do too. Thank you Bountiful Family Cleaners! You saved the day! You stand out from all of the rest!

This was my first experience with a dry cleaner. I needed to get my king size down comforter dry cleaned. I Googled Bountiful Dry Cleaners and called four on the list. Bountiful Family Cleaners was the least expensive by half in most cases and at least 30% at the minimum. They were also the only ones that could get it done in less than a week. They ended up getting done the next day without an additional charge. I dropped it off in a garbage bag, but they returned it in a very nice bedding bag - which Im hanging on to so I can take it back for future cleanings. Ill be honest, since it was my first experience with a dry cleaner, I was nervous about damage or chemical smells - but everything is great. The comforter is clean and soft and Im very pleased with my experience. I also appreciate that I could be notified by text when my order was ready. Ill be returning in the future. I have been a customer of Bountiful Family Cleaners for several years. Their employees have always been friendly and professional. I have always trusted them, and felt grateful for their excellent service. Recently I dropped of clothes to be dry cleaned. A few days later I picked up my clothes. After arriving home I noticed that a sealed bag was attached to a hanger with my clothing. I opened the bag and realized that it contained money...money I had left in a pocket when I dropped of my clothes. I have felt so impressed. I am grateful for the honesty of all the employees and the owner of Bountiful Family Cleaners. It is wonderful to realize that integrity is on display in our community. Thank you so much!

Bountiful Family Cleaners is a truly outstanding dry cleaner, not only in the quality of what they do but also in their commitment to their customers. I had used them happily for years and have found them always helpful, prompt and a pleasure to work with. They recently mailed me a very large order which was way more than I thought any cleaner would do with hesitation. Beyond the service seemed like they truly wanted to get me my gear I had thought I lost nearly 9 months prior, as I changed numbers with the change of location. I had my suit dry cleaned recently here and I couldnt be happier with the timeliness, service, and quality of work. I needed my suit done by a certain time in a time frame that other dry cleaners would not be able to accommodate, but because Bountiful Family Cleaners had the services available on-site I was able to get my suit in time for an important interview. The suit was done when promised and I dont know if my suit has ever looked as good after coming from the dry cleaners as it did coming from Bountiful Family Cleaners. I was impressed. I will definitely recommend the company to others. I was very pleased.

Ive always had fine service here, but I was impressed recently by the way they handled a problem. I had dropped off some slacks for cleaning and when I went to pick them up, they had no record of them. I suspect they had been put on the wrong account or something. They offered to search for them and get back to me. I have to admit I was skeptical. The next day, they called to say they had found them, and the owner promplty delivered them to my home. It was nice to see sincere caring about customers - it changed my feelings from big frustration to "They made a mistake, but fixed it. No big deal."

I am a local cosplayer and so I have a ton of costumes in my closet that I use for all kinds of events. Most of them are irreplaceable if ruined so I have always been afraid of taking them to a cleaner. I went to Salt Lake Comic Con in a completely self sewn dress. I just picked up the dress and cloak (and a trench coat for a different cosplay entirely) and you cant even tell I was dragging that thing around the nastiest of floors. It looks absolutely fantastic and not a thread out of place. Thank you so much for taking care of it, and should the time arise again to have a cosplay cleaned, Ill be back.

I needed my uniforms dry cleaned and ready by Saturday. Unfortunately they were doing maintenance on their machine and so I was out of luck. I went back to my truck and was in the process of looking for another 24 hour dry cleaners. The owner (Im assuming he is) came out and told me hed see if he could stop the maintenance and get my uniforms done by this afternoon. He was able to stop the maintenance and saved me a trip to not her store. Customer service like this rarely exists anymore. I will go to Bountiful Family Cleaners as long as I continue to live in Bountiful.
