Let me start off on a positive note My clothes came out GREAT! Thats why a gave them 2 stars. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this establishment. My red flag went up initially when I dropped off my clothes. I recently moved to the Phoenix area from another state. I choose this dry cleaners because of all the positive reviews. Im writing this review because of my personal experience, I would perceive that this is a common practice and not an isolated incident. Ive been dry cleaning close for almost 40 years in 5+ states and I have never dropped clothes off and the counter person not be able to quote me a cost. That made me a little suspicious from the jump. I called ahead of time to get general pricing. Needless to say from the time I got the phone quote, and eventually I was able to get the counter person to give me some idea of what I would be paying, the prices turned out to not be consistent. So I go to pick my things today and as you could imagine I received a different cost from the first two quotes. To make matters worst I am a Big & Tall Man 64" 300lbs. In life Im use to paying more for my things. That was their justification for the higher cost. I told them that this is poor business practice. I just ask that you rightfully give me an opportunity to make an educated decision before I give you my business by giving me the accurate cost. Im sorry I cant and wont do business with this dry cleaners. In fairness I was given an additional discount for my troubles, but my final cost was still higher than I expected to pay based on the initial cost that was quoted.

If I could I would put 10 stars! Here is why. First of all Im result oriented individual. I dont care if you smile to me or not-> give me results! I left very challenging product that was very spotted and was trying to work on it by myself. I knew if dry-cleaners will not able to take care of it, then it will be a garbage. The lady told me that they will work on it one more time, because they are not satisfied with the result. When I have got it back.. I could not believe it! It looked like new!!! (You reader can understand me only in case if you have your very favorite item that was spoiled and about to be thrown away). Next time I brought one of my favorite pants. It was just regular cleaning to me. Lady mentioned that some buttons are missing. Yes its true. One of my dry cleaners from past, took those out before cleaning and I never found time to buy new ones & to fix them. However, when I got my pants back from Ahwatukee cleaners, all my buttons were fixed without saying a word! This is what I call Caring for what you do! Im grateful for services like Ahwatukee Cleaners! They safe my time. They help me & my family to look & feel great! They know what they are doing!

I have to say that Ahwatukee Cleaners is one of the best cleaners/alterations place Ive ever been to! Their prices are very reasonable and affordable, nothing compares to Ahwatukee Cleaners quality and kindness. The first day I walked in, the employees were very nice and respectful. I asked many questions regarding my clothes being cleaned and altered, they answered all of the questions I needed to be answered. I really loved this cleaners and I promise you will love it the day you walk in.

I have been to many different Cleaners and Ahwatukee cleaners are the best when it comes to customer service and Quality! I was referred from a friend to go here and I am glad I did. Their prices are cheaper then most cleaners but their quality cant be matched.
