WORST DAYCARE EVER.. i would like to start by saying the i have never written a review let alone a negative review as i work in the retail industry and i understand that we all have bad days, but the experience that i had at the daycare was so horrible that i had to make sure no one else has the same issue. i want to start off with telling you about my family, we have 4 daughters that are 14, 12, 10, 4 and 3 of them are foster so please believe me when i tell you that we have dealt with several daycares. 1st issue we had was that my young one likes to wear open toted shoes a lot and we were informed the first day they attend was that they were not allowed to wear any opened toed shoes do to them having gravel in all the playgrounds area which is an odd choice for a childs play area but the worst thing was that they do not have any shade over any of the playground equipment which is again odd due to us being located in the desert and the temp can reach up to 120 degrees during the summer but ok. 2nd issue that we had after taking our children to the facility for a week our children told us that they did not serve any breakfast, which again i though was odd due to the USDA provides funding to all daycares that are DES certified(which they are) for breakfast, lunch and one snack per child(if you have any doubts please feel free to google Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)). 3rd issue we had with this daycare was that they only accepted one form of payment which was cash, i have never been to an established daycare that doesnt accept anything else. 4th i have also never been to a day care that forces school age children to take 2 hour naps daily, which to me sounds like they are lazy and dont want to do any activities with the children (again my kids have attended several different day-cares and usually bring home some type of project daily or at least weekly, my kids attended this daycare for almost 2 months and brought home only 1 project). last but not least the last straw, so we paid this daycare everyday(mon-fri) whether or not the child went to the daycare which is fine as most daycares do this due to them having to have staff on site to watch your children whether you drop them off or not, but i have never been to a daycare that will refuse to take the children after 1045am which is ridiculous for a child care facility and when i asked why they refused my kids, the facilitator stated that they only staff for the kids that are their prior to 1045, which again made no sense, since we have paid for their services in advanced to have some on staff between there business hours to watch our kids no matter when they show up or for how long. this is by far the worst experience we have ever had with any daycare and would strongly urge you to look at other providers and save yourself that hassle in dealing with them.

ATTENTION PARENTS FOR INFANTS 0-12 MONTH.... I would NOT recommend taking your babies to this childcare if you intend on keeping your job... I have a 7 month old baby that is cutting her 1st set of teeth, of course one of the side effects of teething is diarrhea. Monday I get a call that she needs to be picked up because she had a diarrhea (as all childcares work if a child needs to be picked up they cannot attend the following day, so she will not be able to attend Tuesday) this is fine I take her to the doctor the following day to make sure she is ok & not sick the doctor confirms that she is fine & that she is just teething she is clear to attend childcare, he also said that this childcare probably does not want to deal with a teething baby. I take her back Wednesday again she needs to be picked up after 1 diarrhea (not able to attend Thursday either), I take her back to daycare Friday again I get called to pick her up because she has 1 diarrhea, the following Monday same thing she needs to be picked up for a diarrhea (missing work again Tuesday), Wednesday I get a call that she needs to be picked up for the same reason (would need to miss work Thursday as well). Well this most resent Wednesday I am on the other side of town stuck in an important business meeting unable to leave right away plus the drive takes time as well I told her that I would come pick her up as soon as I am finished, I get a voicemail 2 hours later (usually I can pick her up right away) stating if I am not there within the next 30 minutes she will be calling CPS on me! When arriving to the childcare I was asked by Leila where my priorities are. Keep in mind my child is Not sick, cleared by the doctor & for this Almost 2 Weeks of Missed childcare days due to teething I still had to pay $320 to the daycare for the time that my child was not there... From my experience & opinion steer clear from LEILA she is the lady that gives the tours & makes all of the decisions, she seems nice but... This place does not even deserve 1 star, parent to parent I feel all should be warned about Little Kings & Queens Preschool. This staff WILL NOT Tolerate Teething Babies so parents please keep this in mind prior to enrolling. ***most likely Leila will respond to this post stating she was following protocol of State Law and that is BS (this is a Little Kings & Queens Law ONLY) ask your doctor & you can view Arizona State Health & Safety Laws right online***

An okay place when care is a must, but not an excellent environment, definitely not a first choice for us. Our son was there for one month only, in the 1 year old class, which is in a windowless, fluorescent lit room; chaotic and loud with the presence of around 20 or more toddlers separated by only a waist high barrier. Invariably, he returned home tired and thirsty. The caregivers themselves seem kind and caring. They also seem underpaid. I overheard one caregiver (one of our favorites) crying when her car windows were unfortunately busted. One of the women who runs the school said, "Why dont you just get it fixed honey?" And the teacher/caregiver replied, "Because I dont have the money, I have to wait a month to get my car repaired." Meanwhile, the women who run this school are driving luxury cars. Speaking of the people who run this establishment, I was so pleased to find a place run by women of color. There are three generations that own, run, and are present at this school; a grandma, and aunt, and a woman around my age. Out of the three, I found the grandma to be rude multiple times, including once when she told me that my son crying was bad and he would make the other children cry. This was because she was mad we showed up at 1045, just at their cut off drop off time, which is not even articulated in their parent "handbook." Overall, a nice enough place in a pinch, for us. I know some parents love this place, and that is fine, I can see why. It definitely seems safe from the worst harms. But, for us, it wasnt an excellent environment, and that is why we are moving on to a quality Montessori program.
