I really wanted this daycare to work out because it was only two blocks away from my home. From the outside it appears to be well run, and the one meeting I had with the director assuaged any fears I had about bringing my son there. Unfortunately, after going there for about five months, I had to pull my son out immediately one day when I visited during lunch and witnessed his teacher yanking on his arm roughly over something innocuous as him not washing his hands the way she wanted him to. While my son was there we were told he exhibited behavioral problems and was moved to a lower level classroom. We took him to several appointments with separate child psychologists who found nothing wrong with him. After leaving Skool Days and moving to a different school, his behavioral problems completely disappeared, and he improved rapidly in his academic and social skills. In addition to all of this, we frequently went to pick up my son early to find him and his class sitting and watching what we believe to be multiple movies a day, when we were assured when we signed him up that tv was used very sparingly, and usually only during pick up times while waiting for parents. I really did give this place a chance. When we had concerns we requested multiple meetings with the director to try and solve the problems, but she never did get back to us. On the day we witnessed my son being manhandled by his teacher we pulled him out during lunch and never went back. We tried to set up a last meeting with the director to discuss why were leaving, but the only communication we had was a request for the next two weeks tuition because we hadnt given them proper notice of our leaving.

I have been to 5 daycares in the 6 years we have lived here and there is ALWAYS turnover number one and there has been 1 car that got broken into and the person left their purse on their seat and someone broke in and it was dark outside and we were told. I think its interesting that that is a factor for choosing to leave a daycare though. Out of all the daycares Ive entrusted with my child, Skool Days is the best daycare yet! They listen to my concerns if I have any, they treat my child as if she was theirs, the women there love what they do and it shows and my daughter loves it there. Before allowing someones tainted view due to someone who knows someone that heard something bad or whatever give them an honest try. You will not find a better more honest daycare. I can honestly tell you that there are daycares that thought it was OK that my child got bit 27 times by the same kid, that make kids sit in a center with no ac when its 110 degrees outside so they could save money. Another left a 15 year old boy in charge of my daughter and a few others kids, another make the kids take groceries inside from the van... I would recommend Skool Days to anyone looking for a daycare worthy of leaving your kids.

On Day one, this lady came inside claiming some one robbed her car, & I over heard the staff saying thats not the first time... Since then, Ive asked what had happened, & all they say, its being handled. Personally, thats not something I would like to hear. I would like to be reassured that everything is ok & not be startled about some one braking into my car or sneaking into my car. I understand that sometimes we as a parent we forget to lock our car or take our personal things w/ us. When i asked them what about outside cameras? They told me theres none... When I expressed my opinion about how this happens on their property, all they said "thats why we advise parents to lock their cars" But the thing is, they NEVER told me that on the day of registration. And lets not forget this can also place our childrens life at risk... But it really looks like they dont care...

In the beginning at draper they were all amazi g...then my granddaughter moved to sandy she is 19 months...some teachers are over the top however after being clawed double fisted which turned to Impetigo and my daughter and I both lost time / days at work caring for her and we both are in the food i dustry and can ot work if exposed to this....four days later and scarred. She returned to get bit hard full teeth marks lasti g days then today 5 mi s after my son in law dropped her off another injury report. There are like 5-6 kids and 2-3 teachers there ..what on earth is everyone doing? Not sure how far we are tsking this but know something Must be done!

I absolutely love Skool Days! Ive tried several different daycares and this one is my favorite. Amanda goes above and beyond for my kids and is so caring. Ive noticed a big difference in my 4 year old since going to Skool Days, she sings songs, knows her numbers, colors and the ABCs. My 9 year old has really connected with friends and has learned some cool crafts from his teacher Melissa "Missa". My kids enjoy going to daycare and always has something fun and exciting to tell me when I pick them up. Thanks for being there for us and caring about my kids!

Both my boys were well taken care of at this establishment. The only reason we left was because we moved. My first could count to ten in Spanish at the age of three and knew his abcs thanks to the wonderful teachers there. We are even looking in to coming back even though we dont live as close.
