My child had been going to this facility for almost 2 years..the previous owner/management were awesome. Once the faculty reopened, and would reaccept my son I was ecstatic. Conveniently located between my work and home. My wife and I even relocated our residence closer so could walk. However, things took a turn for the worse. My son started developing sores around his mouth, constantly coughing. One day I picked him up and was glad to see him dressed in what I dropped him off in (loosing clothes with no explanation from staff as to where they are was a constant occurrence) however he was wet. Upon arriving home I removed his shoes; no socks and shoes were soaked and sandy. It was 50 degrees that evening. Heaven forbid you become a concerned parent, especially a male, and question what happened..the owner, Tiffany arrived(rare occasion because normally she is never to be found) with her rather bulky husband and basically stated that she would have him reiterate the "fact" that my son doesnt listen...hes 2! The staff to child ratio is the minimum..1 per 8 kids. No progress or daily reports are given as Tiffany stated they are not required. My son has been permanently dismissed from this facility due to, as the paper states, inability to attend to childs needs. When I asked what needs..no answers from Tiffany. The staff states he climbs, runs outside (no securement on doors), plays with water fountain(located in toddler room), runs into bathroom. Hes 2...child proofing definitely is not this facilities forte. Definitely think twice before leaving your child at this facility. They are definitely the minimum, as Tiffany has stated to me and my wife.

I worked here for about a week & in that week, I can say I definitely would NOT recommend anyone working or even worse, bringing their children here. Not all of the teachers are awful, but most talk behind another employees back & they do often complain either about the children or the job itself. Also, I was told from an employee there are constant new employees and most leave. So unorganized too. Its not a very welcoming place, very dirty & dingy on the outside, even more so on the inside. I would like to confirm that a previous reviewer is in fact correct, these newest reviews are definitely of those who either know or are people who work at Little Rascals. Actually the reviewer under the name "M rodriguez" is the owner, Tiffany. If the outside & staff isnt enough to not want to bring your child here, the way the children are treated should keep you away. Dragging kids on the sandy floor, ignoring or yelling too loudly at children, giving chocolate off the floor to child, giving another childs pacifier to a baby without rinsing before or after use EVEN when it fell on the floor, only cleaning toys ONCE a week.... I couldnt stand the way the kids were treated, thats why I quit when I had finally seen enough. I really hope a caring parent sees this and realizes to STAY AWAY. Please. Your child deserves better.

Its funny how all the good reviews have come in the last week and how they say we are the ones lying. Why would a parent have to lie. It is not a benefit to us. Also, it seems all the good reviews are from people who personally know someone from the daycare. I started taking my son there in May and I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, there was an incident that occured and I was lied to about it. The only way I found out about the truth is becuase I asked to see the video. Its important for a parent to feel like they can trust the people who are watching their children, when someone lies it breaks that trust. What gets me is when I spoke to the owner about the situation instead of trying to make things right or make me or my husband feel better about the situation she had an attitude about it and made it seem like it wasnt a big deal we were lied to becuase she trusts her employees. I trusted them too. I never wanted to have to disenroll my son but after that conversation I was glad I did. The owner has no compassion and could care less about your child.

I have been taking my children to little rascals for the past 6 months and absolutely LOVE it here ! I have never felt so safe and secure with a daycare the way I do here.The staff as well as management and owners are all very helpful, kind, caring and trustworthy. I have never had a problem, seeing these past reviews makes me angry that anyone would feel the need to lie about this place or their staff. My children love coming to daycare or as they would call it "school" they love seeing the teachers and I love how we are greeted every single morning. I highly recommend this daycare, take a tour, get to know the staff for yourself and you will see how great it is here !

No one should EVER take their kids to this place! The women that work there look like they hate their jobs, and the kids! My nephew was dragged across the floor from one corner to the next and the other women were laughing at this! CPS AND LAW enforcement should really get involved in this situation! Sure, they act like theyre happy to see you drop off your kids, and as soon as the door closes, theyre ABUSSIVE!! THey should have this place shut down and the owner and staff imprissoned for child abuse and endangerment!

This daycare and the teachers are amazing! Ive taken my kids here the last 8 months and with new management I see a huge improvement! Ive never had any issues with the staff or director for that matter. my kids are well taken care of. I do believe you should visit the Facility yourself and see that its well maintained . I would recommend this daycare to everyone. My kids love going and I love that the teachers make it fun for my kids!!! Thank you little rascals and all your employees my kids and I love You !!!!!!!!!!

This daycare is amazing!!!! The staff, the owners, its always clean and my child is well taken care of. All of the negative reviews are mostly from disgruntled ex employees or parents who tried to get one over on the owners, The owners and staff are by the book and I respect that!!! If you dont believe me check them out and see for yourself, I mean, its a reason why both daycares stay full if they are so bad there wouldnt be any kids in attendance right??!! Check them out, you wont regret it! :)

This day care sucks. All the ladies seem to not like their jobs. I am not greeted when i go there. Babies historically crying. Unfortunately its the only day care that opens early enough to work with my schedule. If you find a new place take your kids there instead.

This place is horrible from the gloomy look on the inside to the insufficient staff inadequate quarters. If you truly love your children and dont just want to get them out of your hair dont take them here!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this center and so do my children. The new management is awesome!! They are always so accommodating and very friendly. The teachers are always making sure the children and having fun but learning as well.
