Very unprofessional. Fortunately we didnt waste any money enrolling our child. We went in between 7-8 months before we were expecting to get our child enrolled to your and get on the waiting list. Now that we have had out child and are expecting to enroll him in 2 months we decided to check up on our arrangement. Good thing we did. When my wife called the first time she was told by the person who answered that they would have the director check and get back about our placement. No such response. The second time she got the same thing. I called the third time and was told the same thing. I asked when I could expect a reply and was told the same day. 6 hours later Id still not received any communication. I called them. Parry, who I presume answered for my wife as well, without any regard for how inconvenient this has been simply said "Yeah, were not going to have room." When I asked what happened she again replied rather dismissively with "I dont know; but were not going to have room." Im grateful for one thing--that I wasnt already paying their outrageous tuition and getting the same crappy service. Avoid this place.

Im serious! I did a lot of looking around and went with Mothers because of the accompanying positive review found here on Google Maps but we did not last three weeks... Where do I begin...? They did not feed the kids enough. Made us pay for mcdonalds which they simply brought back to the school when I had already paid for lunch in the weekly tuition. And by and large, the kids sat there all day and played video games. I would have been better off finding someone to sit at home with my kids all day and let them play video games here for less than half the cost of mothers. There were very few activities planned. Ill stop here, but whatever you do, dont go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best daycare in the valley. We shopped around a lot when deciding to move our 1 year old son into a daycare facility. Were so glad we ended up here. The staff has become family to us. Our son flourished here. He got so close to his teacher, it warmed my heart. We had a second baby while here and enrolled him as soon as I went back to work, it made the transition so easy seeing how much they adored him. We recently moved out of state and leaving this daycare was almost as hard as leaving my family. If you can get it, do it. Your children will be cherished. Miss these women so dang much. Thank you for taking such care of my boys!

The coordinator, Rachel, has been nothing but friendly for my wife and me as weve gone in to sign our boy up. She and her staff are so friendly, and they have good activities for the kids. During the summer its more play than constructive/learning time, but they still seem to have a bit of that going on as well. Its a secure location, and they do have other locations, but if you live in this area and have kids going to Bella Vista Elementary, this daycare is a no brainer. It is LITERALLY right across the street.

This has to be one of the cleanest and best laid out facilities that I have seen. We have tried a couple of other daycares in the past but this one is by far the best. The staff is great, the prices are good, their curriculum is great for the kids, they help potty train as well. Overall you wont be disappointed.

My kids have been going to Mothers Helper for years and weve always been very happy with the care and attention they give our them. The center is much cleaner than other centers that I visited prior to making the decision to have my kids go there. I would recommend Mothers Helper to anyone.
