The absolute worst. Not a single person asked if I needed assistance (which to me is strange especially for a makeup store). I noticed they werent terrible busy (considering there were three girls behind the desks not ringing anyone) so this was just absurd to me. I asked one employee if I could use some make up remover to take off some swatches I applied on my hand. She had the most judge mental look on her face. She looked so confused almost as if she didnt know she was working there. But I did get the make up remover...which was on the other side of the store at the Clinique booth. (You know, Sephora has remover on every isle but I mean, convenience of customers doesnt matter at this Ulta for some reason). It took me a while to find everything I needed because of the lack of employee interests in costumers. I felt uncomfortable walking around and not having insight on all the products. I somehow found the gut to purchase from this terrible store. I got to the counter, the lady asked for a phone number. Straight up, a phone number. She didnt give me a reason, so I ended up asking why (which, again, is strange because stores will usually tell you why they want a number and they also usually ask towards the end of the purchase if youd like to join their rewards program and all that jazz). She then told me it was their rewards program, which made sense to me but the execution of the question was just weird. I then said I didnt want to be a part of the rewards program (I didnt shop for makeup often anyway and probably wasnt coming back to ulta ever again after this experience) and she stared at me as if I was crazy for rejecting the offer. She then rang up the products and then towards the end threw me this rewards card (not like in the air throw but like, a sliding throw so the card ended up next to my bag which was on the counter). She told me it was a rewards card (ok cool) but no other information. I dont know whats on it, i dont know what it does, I dont know how this "point" system works and I didnt want to be a part of it anyways - thats why I didnt give her my number in the first place. I didnt ask either because I was just so over it. Overall, it was not a good experience. The employees could have and should have been loads nicer. I spent around $40 dollars here and felt awful right after, why? Not because of what I purchased but the fact that a fraction of my money is going to the workers who made this shopping trip a bad one.

I just recently visited this Ulta location and was impressed at how attentive and helpful the employees were. During the time I spent in the store, I was asked if I needed assistance by four different employees. To address the post about the employees only helping customers who are dressed up, I would like to mention I was shopping with no makeup on, hair in a ponytail, and was wearing shorts and a t-shirt. The employees did not choose to help me based on appearance. One associate helped me find a lip care product that was hydrating, a mix of lip care and lipstick. Exactly what I was looking for and I live the product. Another associate suggested a package item that included all of the separate items I was going to purchase and saved me a considerable amount of money. It was a different brand than I had chosen, but the associate said it was a good brand and worked as well as the other brands I had chosen. I hove only used the eye primer from the kit so far, but it does work wonders! This is only the second review I have ever written. I read reviews, but never write them. I felt the impeccable customer service in this store deserves a shoutout.

Terrible customer service! No one will at least acknowledge you or at least say hi, even if they walk past you.I guess you have to be a skinny, silicone, Louis Vuitton, Lululemon wearing women to get help. Those are the only type of women I see getting help in that store. If you have a question about a product, you cant find someone to answer it because they dont work for that brand. I had a question about a Smashbox eyeshadow kit, but could not find anyone to answer it. I will never shop at Ulta again and will be taking my business to Sephora. This is not the first time I have been in this store. In January 2017 I walked right past a corporate person and was not even acknowledged.

Extremely helpful. Janae gave me sample of a cream that she thought would help my redness relief so that i could try it out before spending all the money and it doesnt work. If that isnt customer service i dont know what is. Above and beyond what she could have done. Im not a make-up, face lotion kinda girl so having them there with the knowledge really was refreshing! especially since the 2 other reviews about this Ulta were not good. I was happy. I work right down the street. Im glad the 2 girls that helped me were there. otherwise id still be red faced :-P

I went to the salon for the first time to get my hair cut and colored. Everything was horrible. The stylist had a horrible attitude the whole time, didnt look at me once when I was telling her what I wanted. I told her I wanted to trim the length and dye my hair dark brown. When she was finished, my hair was extremely short for just a "trim", and my hair was dark red. I do not recommend going to the salon.

This is my favorite Ulta location of the four in my area. The staff are uniformly pleasant and helpful. The store is convenient, being in the Promenade shopping center, and the layout is great. When I was searching for a natural mascara recently, two different gals assisted me and Im very happy with the brand they helped me choose.

I am giving the store 5 stars for excellent customer service. The manager Amy is extremely professional and quick to resolve any complaints. It is rare that customer service reps are sympathetic and understanding. For that reason I will return to buy hair care products, etc. Thank you Amy.

Least favorite location. Every time I come in there, I am never assisted. Staff will literally look at me and then help the customer next to me (who walks into the area immediately after me). Rude.

This is, by far, the best Ulta in the 10 mile radius. Very knowledgeable and pleasant reps. It is a little far for me but I really prefer this Ulta
