This is the second time we have used Mr. Electric for installation of a ceiling fan, and, as well, for the installation of an exterior light fixture. While I cannot say that I am at all pleased with the manufacturer of the ceiling fan, which ceased to work within days after its ninety-day warranty ran out, I have nothing but good things to say about the work done for us by Mr. Electrics Service Professional, Mauricio Orozco. He took the time to explore all possible solutions to the difficulties we were experiencing, tried to obtain a replacement for us, and suggested what we could do when his efforts were not successful. His work was quick and efficient, he took the time to answer our questions, and was very personable, as well. The time we spent in conversation was very enjoyable! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone who might need electrical work done in their home or place of business; and, if and when the need should arise, I will certainly call Mr. Electric again, and ask for Mr. Orozcos services.

Simply put, the best home service experience weve ever had with any company. Not only did our electrician, Corey Hightower, call ahead with his arrival time but the company emailed his picture and bio, as well. Mr. Electric gets it from the home owners perspective, why dont other compines do this?! After approving Coreys estimates, he got to work on multiple jobs that kept him busy the entire day. Not only was his electrical work top notch but he was a pleasure to be around -- the consumate professional. He was very careful to lay out plastic to keep our home clean and took the time to answer our questions, explain things, and came up with creative ideas and solutions that we incorporated into our projects. It was apparent his knowledge and skill ran deep. The price was in the range that we expected and we feel very much satisfied that it was money well spent. We already have additional jobs in mind and will definitely be calling Mr. Electric and Corey back again.

Awesome work!!! Albert & Corey are great; couldnt have asked for better customer service or higher caliber work. My kitchen went from looking like a florescent machine shop to a nice and cozy dining room & perfectly lit cooking area. Extremely discrete & virtually invisible LED lighting underneath the cabinets to highlight my countertops. Advised on proper positioning for all lighting as well to ensure entire kitchen was fully covered and balanced. 20+ years experience is difference between a nice job and amazing kitchen transformation. Slight changes, like the positioning of lights, can have a HUGE affect on the overall finished product. If I would have done it myself of hired someone less experienced, things would have turned out much differently. Veeeeeery happy & very much enjoying a beautiful kitchen now. Thank you to Corey for your excellent help today! Booking the appointment with the customer service rep was quick and easy. Corey called 30 minutes before arriving, and with a 10am-2pm window, he showed up at exactly 10am! I had an EV charger installed in my garage - very high quality workmanship! Corey listened to all of my concerns about placement, and explained to me thoroughly the work he was needing to perform with excellent detail. Additionally, I had my 3 year old running around the garage most of the time he was here, and Corey was very patient and respectful of the little guy who was so curious to see what was going on in HIS garage! I would definitely recommend Corey from Mr. Electric for any electrical projects, repairs or needs you might have around your house or business. He is courteous, professional, prompt and simply pleasant to be around. Thank you!

Mr. Electric electrician Mauricio Orozco was dispatched to my home on the same day as I needed to have an electrical junction box moved so that the faucet, dishwasher, R/O system could be hooked up after we had a new granite kitchen island counter top installed. Originally we were scheduled with an electrician in 5 or 6 days washing the dishes in the bath room sink! Then we were told that the entire new counter top and sink would have to be removed to get access to the junction box. However, Mr. Orozco found a solution that only entailed cutting a hole in the counter wall and relocating the box; saving time, inconvenience, and arguing with the counter top company which made the original mistake of placing the counter top over the junction box! Mr. Orozco was courteous and competent and did not give up until he found a easier solution.

I can recommend Mr. Electric 100%. About 8 years ago, they completely rewired my house, and theyve been out a couple of times since to install some additional outlets, so I knew I could count on them to give me a fair quote, and reliable service. Ive been wanting an outdoor kitchen for months now, so I can keep the heat out of my house during the hot months. So I called Mr. Electric to get the work done. Robert Facio came out the same day to see what I needed, listened very carefully to learn what my needs were, gave me a very fair quote, and because I was on a tight schedule, went out of his way to return the very next day to install the additional wiring and outlets I needed. He and his partner even cleaned up before they left! Thank you, Mr. Electric!

Prompt, professional, and productive! Robert really knows his stuff. He not only fixed all of our known problems, but found hazards that the previous home owner had created. He was very friendly and patient with all of our questions and worked diligently during his time here. When we need an electrician in the future, we will be sure to call Robert and Ronald, who assisted him on his second day here. From my mother for a review as well: Robert Facio came to our house while doing work on our daughters home next door. He did extensive work at her home and then came and installed an outlet in our laundry room. His service was fast, efficient, and professional in the big job and the small! We will ask for him by name next time we require an electrician.

The circuit breaker for my water heater kept tripping. First electric company told me the circuit breaker was fine and to call a plumber. The plumber told me the water heater was good. Got the name of Mr. Electric and they came out. Electric 101: Check both the amperage and for loose wires on the circuit breaker. Well the first electrician did NOT tighten the wires. Tom checked everything and explained and showed me everything as he worked through the problem. He also caught a problem with the water heater that the plumber hadnt because the electricity wasnt on for the water heater. Tom was knowledgeable, thorough, polite and kept me informed about what he was doing and finding. I will call Me. Electric if I ever need help again.

Mauricio Orozco came to my house today because I had sparks shooting out at me from an outlet and I was fairly confident that my house was going to burn down. When he got here, he took apart the outlet to find it was faulty, fixed it and then took care of the 2 ceiling fans attached to it. He explained everything to me and assured me that I was safe and the house would not burn down. Sean LaPointe, the owner of Mr Electric, got Mauricio to my house on short order because he knew I was pretty upset and worried about a house fire. These guys are great!!
