Patrick was a great communicator and we appreciated his depth of knowledge and investment in his product. Our project was to replace our old electrical panel and add a few new circuits which I had recently wired for our newly finished basement. We had previously received two (much lower) bids for this. The lowest priced electrician was extremely difficult to pin down to a date to complete the work, so we gave up on him. The other was rather straightforward, but after visiting with Any Hour services, we figure the other guys product was likely much less quality. When Patrick came we were surprised at the significantly higher price he quoted (double or maybe even triple our other bids). He convinced us to go with a much higher quality panel, and to install surge protection, and replace our main service breaker as well. When we discussed our lower bids, he remained so confident in his company and his product (Siemens panel with copper instead of aluminum bussing) that we decided to go with Any Hour Services in the end. We believe they will stand behind their work no questions asked. We anticipate (and Patrick assures us) that we will have no problems with our new panel. Time will tell. Patrick offered us a number of different options (we went with the highest, assuming well get the greatest return on our investment with this one.) He (with communication with his supervisor) helped us bring the cost down a bit, which made it a bit easier to swallow. All along, (during the quoting/planning period, and during the work as well) Patrick acted like he had more than enough time to answer all our questions, and even helped talk me through a few little wiring issues I was working on at the same time. We paid a non-refundable deposit of about 50% on the day of the quote, then on the day of the work we discovered a few misunderstandings when it came to a few discounts/offers we thought we had agreed on throughout the various conversations we had had. While he was firm on it for a moment, and we thought we were going to be stuck, in the end, Patrick honored what we thought we had agreed to--which meant a little more savings for us than we thought we might have had to settle for. We were grateful. Overall he was very friendly and respectful, EXTREMELY confident, and clearly very qualified and passionate about his work and helping people have a good experience and a good product.

I was completely impressed with the professionalism of Any Hour Services. To be honest, I had called the "Captain Electric" company multiple times, left a message and when I finally spoke with a person the 4th time, they were not very friendly, couldnt guarantee an appointment for 3 more days and the receptionist said that she couldnt even give me a ballpark dollar amount for what might need to have done. She did quote a service fee that was $20 higher than Any Hour. When I then decided to call Any Hour, I couldnt believe the polite, professional and friendly person (Lauren) on the other end who was very helpful. She booked me on her next available reservation and when I asked her if I could be put on a cancellation notifier in case someone could come sooner, she not only obliged but called me back 3 minutes later with an appt for that same day. When Shane arrived, I could tell right away that I was dealing with someone trustworthy. He first looked at each of the electrical issues I had and then repeated back to me what he would need to do to fix each one. He was attentive to what I had called for and even supplied my fixtures with a couple of extra bulbs to make sure everything was working perfectly. He was attentive to the fact that our Smoke Detectors were a little archaic and offered to change those out if we would like. Im sure his quick visit to our home was not planned to be the 3 hours it took, but he was very efficient and willing to help with whatever I needed. When Shane left, I was happy with the repairs to our lighting and thrilled to know that we were once again safety compliant with our detectors. It is peace of mind to have great service from reliable technicians. I will most definitely use Any Hour again without any hesitation!

These guys are great! Ive used them many times and they are definitely my go to for any heating, ac, plumbing, electrical, and every other house problem fixing company. Our furnace went out on Tuesday night. I called Wednesday morning and they got someone right out to help us. They discovered many issues with the furnace and were very knowledgeable about the whole system. The explained clearly and simply how the furnace works and what the problem was. Turns out I needed a new furnace. The technician got his supervisor rerouted out to our house asap and we went over every options with no pressure to go with any, but allowed us to choose on our own after giving a detailed explanation of each. I forgot to add that my wife is 39 weeks and the baby could come any day so they dropped everything to help us get this situation fixed asap. After meeting and deciding on the option we wanted these guys made an appointment for the next morning and they brought us many space heaters to keep us warm overnight. The team got there early the next morning and worked all day long to put in a new furnace AND AC unit since we decided to do both. I was impressed that they were able to do it all in one day and they did a fantastic job. The work looked great and everything was left clean and well done. Excellent company. Very knowledgeable, hard working, friendly staff.

Beginning with my initial telephone contact with your company to and upon completion of the furnace inspection and tuneup my experience with your company was truly 5 star by my expectations Roni was so professional and personal I was sold on your services. She seemed genuinely interested in helping me and answering my questions. Called me back as promised with the info I wanted. Hope you are paying her what she is worth. She has the telephone personality I was constantly looking for to answer my telephone at my professional office. Parker arrived at the time frame set and was very professional in seeing that his booties were on, rug placed at my doorstep upon which to wipe his feet if he has to make trips to his truck and back, and was very careful to clean up the job site at the conclusion of his work. He seemed well trained and knew his stuff. Answered my questions about the furnace operation and discovered an error in the installation of my furnace which Im going to have the installers take care of soon. He too was very friendly and I will have him back to do future work for me at my new house if needed. Your company has two very impressive employees who represent you well in a day and age where this is almost an exception. Needles to say, I am well satisfied with Any Hour and will highly recommend you to my friends and family!

What a difference Any Hour can make!!!!! I had no power in one room of my house and none in the garage. When Patrick M. showed up he confirmed what I suspected which was that my electrical setup was a mess. Whoever had done the original job had not done it to code and I had some potentially dangerous situations. After determining the issues Patrick offered me more than one solution and was very thorough in terms of what each one would mean and involve. I opted to get the main problems addressed and had him and Gavin A. install new circuit breaker boxes and do some rewiring and make everything safe. What a relief. If I had had a fire with the setup I had, it is possible that my insurance company may not have paid any claim because of things not being to code. I am at full power everywhere now and feel safe and secure. Both Patrick and Gavin were so helpful, answered all of my questions and explained everything so that I could understand. If you are looking for electrical work - look no further. I told them - if I had to have something unfortunate happen, you guys have managed to make it a good experience. How many times can you say that? Job well done!!! Cant recommend them too highly. Thanks so much again.
