My warranty company contracts with this company, dont know if this is good or bad! A gentlemen showed up, not sure he was a qualified electrician. He looked at my electrical job, he looked confused, showed signs of not wanting to do the job, (too difficult for him) and started babbling about what it might be! He told me he couldnt fix my wiring as the wiring was wired wrong! Great excuse Lakeside Electricial! I would of been worried now he would of cut corners! He also made a false statement to the warranty company, that everything was in working order! The light fixture was hanging by a wire, wouldnt work when it was connected to the wall! Dang we have an electrical problem! Why do we pay monthly fees for a warranty when companies like this are too lazy!! WOULD NOT REFER!

Phil with Lakeside Electric rewired the line to our dryer. He removed the unsafe junction and put in new, safer wires. He is very pleasant to work with, answered my questions, offered suggestions for the future, and taught me about our circuit breaker. He had no problem with my kids asking questions also. He was able to come the same day I initially called, and the work was completed in only a few hours. I would definitely rehire him and recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done.

I have used Lakeside Electric for many years now. Phil gets it done for a fair price. I have had problems keeping lights on in a parking lot of a Condo Association. All I have to do is call Phil and I know that it will be taken care of. I have know Phil and his family since 1995 or there bouts. He does excellent work, and I would recommend him and his company to anyone that needs electrical help.

We first met Phillip six years ago when our home warranty firm sent him out to repair a warranty problem. We were so impressed that we request his services for warranty work and call him directly for all non-warranty work. He is knowledgeable, prompt, thorough and efficient. We would not even think of calling anyone else. On a scale of 1 - 10, he definitely rates a ten.

I placed a call with my home warranty at 4:30 on Monday and I received a call by 9:15 Tuesday and that they could come out and were available within the next 30 minutes. Came in determined the problem was not covered by my home warranty, but gave me a great deal on fixing the problem and had my issues resolved quickly and gave me great advise.

Phil was on time, helpful, worked hard. He went above and beyond to explain what needed to be done and worked until the job was finished. His prices were fair and his work was excellent. We had an outlet go out on the outside of our house and Phillip was able to track down the problem and fix it because of his experience and knowledge of how homes are wired and where to look for the problem. We will definitely use him again and I would recommended him to anyone.

Outstanding service. I lost power to a light switch in my home and called Lakeside for a repair. The electrician was in the area and was able to get to my house and complete the repair within an hour for a reasonable price. I couldnt believe it. Will definitely use again.

The most unprofessional and lazy contractor I have ever met! Look elsewhere, a 12 year old can do a better job. He left my house a mess, complained the whole time, and was extremely degrading and rude.

Electrician was rude and unorganized. Gave us a timeline of when he would finish and missed it 4 times. After making us wait for 6 weeks he told us we would have to call a different electrician.
