3 Stars is generous. I dont know how, but theyve messed up every insurance policy theyve written for me (thats about 5-6 now). Im not even sure how that is possible. I pay my homeowners in full at the beginning of the policy term... and then I get letter after letter saying theyre going to cancel my policy for non-payment. And then it takes forever to get it all squared away. Another year... and the same thing happens. I have had good service on non-insurance issues, but how the policy writers in this office and the AAA Fire & Casualty Insurance Company in general can operate in such a brain-dead fashion is beyond me. Oh, and they cant seem to get my name spelled correctly. But theyre No.1 when it comes to billing, that I can attest to. Addendum: I totally forgot about this review. I should probably revise this down to 1 or 2 stars on general principle. This year they emailed me a bill on an account that wasnt mine, using a credit card that wasnt mine. How the hell my email address ended up associated with some elses account is beyond me... and AAA would not tell me whose account it was. Oh well, probably just an "Equifax error" (idiots!). Also, they screwed up my membership after 40-some-odd years so that was discontinued. I finally braved the Tucson West Office to see if they could fix it in person, face-to-face. Seemed to take an inordinate amount of time, but they got it squared away and I paid my annual membership fee on the spot... and then a few days later I got a billing notice telling me my membership was expiring in a week or ten days. I dont get it, I really dont...

They over tightened the nuts when securing a tire the last time I was a member, not this office specifically. But the Tucson West Office did nothing to resolve the issue when I contacted them. I currently dont need a AAA membership, but I would have considered rejoining in the future. Not anymore, pretty much lost a customer for life with an unwillingness to accommodate, and admit your mistakes. The woman at the Tucson West Office I spoke to went as far as calling me a liar essentially. Explaining that I could have taken it to another shop or done it myself, sometime after their tech worked on my car. I know its possible to accommodate me in this situation, but a simple choice was made to not believe me, or simply not care. I manage a food service establishment. If someone came in complaining that their experience was poor last time, I wouldnt refuse them service because they dont have money this time. It does not matter that I am not a member any more, I was a member when your tech made the mistake. A business should be willing to admit mistakes, take responsibility, and sometimes go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. All I want is for someone to loosen these bolts, I need nothing else. I have been using the same tool for years, and have never had a problem until your tech tightened the nuts. Highly disappointed.

I came into the Oracle office to speak to my insurance agent, Sally Anders. I wanted to find out if I had been given credit on my auto insurance for the Senior Drivers class I attended. My premium did not show any credit. Sally was so nice and so helpful. She immediately greeted me and had me sit down while she called to find out if I had been given credit as my payment was due in a week. She was friendly, competent and eager to help. Sure enough I was given credit. My visit took 15 minutes and I was completely satisfied with the service and most of all, the friendliness. I am glad I changed to AAA insurance for my car and have such a friendly, competent insurance agent. Margie Shiffman

I went to the Tucson office of AAA to have my picture taken for my passport renewal. The office looked busy with several folks waiting, I thought that I would have a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised to be called with only about a five minute wait. The young lady called me & escorted me to the camera area at the rear of the office. She was very friendly & efficiente. She took my picture & showed me the results on the camera. Since it was fine, she printed 2 pictures & stapled them to my passport application. In all the whole visit took no longer than about 15 minutes. I am very pleased with the entire process. Thank you.

When I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment with a travel advisor, the person at the front desk demanded to see my AAA card. I felt like I was unwelcome and under suspicion to have to show an ID when I already had an appointment. I later learned that swiping the ID notified my travel advisor that I was in the waiting area and reminded her to come to welcome me when she finished with her previous client. All the front desk person had to do to make me feel welcome was to say, "Please let me swipe your card to notify that travel advisor that you are waiting."

I recently moved from Los Angeles and had transferred my AAA membership from Southern California to Arizona--this was my first visit to an Arizona AAA office and it was delightful. Easy to find (large sign on northbound North Oracle Road), easy parking (seemed like I virtually had the lot to myself), and a friendly face to greet me as I walked to the counter to request a set of maps and a tour book. Ive been a satisfied AAA member for 51 years, in three different states, and this first experience in Arizona reinforced my lifelong satisfaction with AAA.

Very pleasant experience always when visiting the Tucson AAA office on Oracle Road. Friendly greeting when you first walk in and always very helpful to the customer. I met with Marni Bayes to plan a trip for four on the Grand Canyon Railroad. She took care of all the requirements we needed and set up the complete trip to my satisfaction. It was much easier and nicer to deal with a person rather than on line because of the special needs of one of the participants. thank you. Patricia J. Tims

First time to come in a AAA office in years and right away staff was there to assist me and ask questions about what I needed. I inquired about maps as well as movie tickets and while she was providing me maps and other information I didnt even know I needed (anticipation of my needs, very nice), she had called someone over to answer my questions about the movie tickets discounts. Plan on going back again, well done AAA, well done!

Shopped the Oracle office to use my discount on the purchase of some ExOfficio underwear. They are cheaper there than any place else. For travel this brand is comfortable and can be easily washed in the sink and be dry the next morning. Great for travel when flying and weight and space is an issue. They didnt have a good selection of color, but staff was great.
