I havent been overly enthusiastic about using this agency. I seem to occasionally get a "standoff-ish" vibe from one of the employees. None the less, the process to get into our rental has been very smooth for the most part. Its just one of their employees needs to work on their social/people skills if shes going to continue to be employed there.

I just purchased a home using Carol as my agent. EXCELLENT! My hope is to rent the home in the winter and be here in the summer. Carol seemed very experienced and detailed on how to manage my property in the winter. So renters I WOULD contact Carol. My property will be nice and well kept! (no smoking however) and pets ok

This company owns a number of properties in Leadville. If youre looking to rent stay this hell away from this company!!! They are super shallow and the girl working there is stuck-up . They refused me a studio apartment for ($400) in town for BS reasons.

Walked in and was treated rudely. Didnt even get a chance to ask questions. Carol the owner very rude to my roommate and I. They acted like if we were intruding on their time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
