This is what service should be! Regardless of who I speak with at Gold Key Travel, I feel they genuinely care about giving me the best vacation possible. My most recent vacation was to the Dominican Republic, and even though I knew I wanted a mix of beach, adventure, and local culture, I didnt know exactly where and how. So after an open forum of asking me questions, giving me updates, and giving some past experiences of the country (their own and also of their clients), the Gold Key team tailored the vacation to exactly what I wanted. Needless to say, it was a wonderful vacation! I would happily pay for good service, but at Gold Key its FREE. Apparently they get compensated from their suppliers, so they dont charge me a dime for my vacation packages. Cant wait for the next trip!

Normally I reserve my 5-stars for places I truly love but after marking this location with 4 stars I received an email from the general manager asking what I might suggest to help their service garner a 5th star. Quite honestly, the service from Gold Key was topnotch so I decided to change my rating to 5-stars. Its not that I "love" the location but I would highly recommend their services and, if we need a travel agent in the future, we will be returning to Gold Key. The agent we worked with was very knowledgeable, asked the right questions, made suggestions that were good and reasonable. In fact, everything that was promised was followed through on. If youre ever looking for a good travel agent, ask for Char!

As soon as they found out I was not planning a five star vacation, one of the agents began talking down to me, and I could tell she just wanted me out of there, as if I was wasting her time. Decided to try again with a diffferent agent, and didnt receive much of a response. Very disappointed. I understand that they need to make money, but they could have treated me with more respect instead of looking down on me. Found a different travel agency in Loveland called Loveland Travel King. They were EXTREMELY kind to me and assisted me with everything I needed, and I booked my tickets with them instead.

Gold Key did an excellent job setting up our trip. It seemed like they thought of everything and it made all the difference. We definitely were trying to see a lot of things in a short amount of time and their timing of transportation, choice of hotels near those locations, and the tours they helped us book made it possible and relatively painless. We were able to walk most places and were pleased with all the tours, the guides and the hotels. It truly was a trip of a lifetime that we could not have pulled off without Gold Keys help.

My wife and I needed air transport to Orlando, tickets to DisneyWorld parks, stay at two different resorts in DW, then rent a car and travel north of Orlando. Rhonda at GoldKey was terrific. She was able to book all of this in one Disney package. That turned out not only to be convenient, but all of it got covered by Disneys trip cancellation insurance. She quickly answered all of our questions and gave helpful advice. Excellent service, and conveniently located in Longmont. The people at GoldKey Travel know what they are doing.

We have used Gold Key for our travel needs and have happily recommended them to friends all over the U. S. as well. Our last major trip was to Australia and New Zealand and it was amazing! We cant thank them enough for planning every detail. (Land, sea, air and kayak!!) Our next trip will be with friends from 4 different states for a cruise in the Mediterranean area. Gold Key has taken into consideration our requests, made suggestions and handled the bookings for each of our friends. We have all been happier for it!

Were fortunate to have local Travel Experts here in Longmont that offer great customer service. They can find great prices too! Theyve been in business for a long time, so they have lots of contacts in the industry to make special requests for you. And if you ever run into issues with your vacation they have contacts that actually make a difference. Its nice to work with people who have real expertise and that care about their customers! Highly recommended!
