WOW!! at first i was excited to work with this company to book my family vacation and things seem to go well at first but quickly went south!!! We (Both My Mother and I ) had originally had booked our trip to Orlando but had to switch it up due to a family emergency so we switch it to California but for some reason only my moms trip got moved when calling to pay off the balance off the trip is when i discovered that my trip was still going to Florida, After going back and forth i decided just to CANCEL my trip, I was told that i would receive my refund in 7-10 Business days witch now i was told that it takes 14-21 days ( HUGE DIFFERENCE ) Very disappointed with them!!!

Carey went out of his way to make sure we had a great Hawaii trip. Two of our excursions were canceled and Carey found us a replacement for one and followed up on our refunds. Carey was recommended to us, I would recommend him as well!

Carey did an incredible job, and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Kudos on the hotel, as it was within walking distance of the coliseum in Rome. Well definitely be using them again in the future!
