I would just like to express my frustrations and insatisfaction with your customer service. My wife and I booked our family trip with Sun Travel last year (total of about 15 people travelled) and we looking to book this years trip today. We both get home from work at about 5:30 every day and it is difficult to make it in to your office before it closes. My wife called the listed number (which was at 5:26 at the Mesa office) and asked if we would be able to speak with an agent if we rushed to the office. The women she talked to asked what office we would be going to and my wife told her it would be he Hawkins office since we reside in Horizon City. The women told her that someone would be able to sit us down and speak with us about booking our next trip. We arrive to the Hawkins office at 5:45 and there were two women in the office who didnt look happy at the fact that we just walked in. The women told me that it was too late and that they would not be able to help us. We were bothered since we rushed there from horizon in an attempt to book. My wife then told me (out loud) "lets just go book somewhere else". The women then said "ok, thank you" as we walked away. We couldnt believe the fact that we were pretty much run out of the office.

Ive read some negative reviews here but decided to go anyway to book our honeymoon . My husband and I had a very pleasant experience with Sun Travel (Hawkins location ). Isabelle was our travel agent. She was the best!!! She answered all of our questions and took care of every detail. We even extended our stay. We simply called her and she took care of everything.
