Asked for an oceanfront hotel with a large tub to spend a romantic night with my husband. Got neither after I was guaranteed it was perfect for us. We got view of the parking lot and regular tub. Only one person fit in it. We were very disappointed for spending $2,000 on something that wasnt close to what we wanted, but thanks to my husband our trip to Hawaii wasnt ruined. Update: After six months and back and forth emails. We were pretty much blamed for accepting and signing the paperwork (something we thought we were getting). On top of that, the agency they book with BLUE SKIES did not recognize any of the hotel pictures Angelica (Sun Travel Agent) showed us and to which we agreed to. Ms. Coleman offered a $200 certificate on our next trip booked with them. It was insulting and hard to believe that after the horrible experience I would seek their services. One more thing---You know your services suck when the owner posses as a satisfied customer to improve the ratings. She even went as far as replying to herself. SMH Kathleen Coleman

My husband and I were planning a trip to Florida. We heard that Sun Travel was used by the school district for which my husband works for, therefore we paid them a visit. Unfortunately our two year was with us that morning, we had just finished eating breakfast and was just being a 2 yr old. When we walked in a lady yelled across the room for us to sign in, so we did. We were there for about an hour and my daughter was already getting impatient, and walked across the room and Catherine yelled at my daughter to go sit down!!! She was very rude and unprofessional. The agent which was helping us, even turned around to look at her in disbelief. The office only had about five clients and she was not disturbing anyone. Needless to say I wont be going back. They have poor customer service and unless they think you will be spending thousands of dollars they really wont even give you the time of day!!

Our experience with Sun Travel in particular our agent Isabelle C. has been all of a positive experience. Our travel agent is experienced and has helped us plan not just good vacations but terrific vacations! She has set up Disney Vacations us as well as for family and grandchildren which were fun, fun,fun; Group Cruises which were awesome, and romantic getaways to Mexico and Vegas which went on without so much as a hiccup. Thank you Isabelle and Sun Travel.

I have used Sun Travel for the past eight years and could not be more satisfied. Isabelle Caballero has been our "go to" person for all of our travel experiences. She listens to our requests, our interests, and then advises appropriately. In this age of technology, it is certainly possible to make travel arrangements independently but I cannot imagine planning any future adventures without Isabelles advice.

oh my goodness, I called to get a quote and this lady was so rude. She said, "well thats going to be very expensive", I turned around and told her "its not like your paying for it"...then she said "well if your just calling around to get quotes its all going to be the same", I then told her "are you going to give me a quote or not?, geez freaking rude old lady....

Alma was extremely helpful with our trip to Europe. We dont live in El Paso and she still did everything in her power to guide us through our wonderful trip! Such a sweet caring lady and was interested in what we had to say regarding our trip. We will definitely be going back for our next vacations!

Just called to get a quote and the lady was so unprofessional. She kept arguing with me just because I wanted a price. I told her what I saw online and she kept saying I doubt it i doubt it. Really lady I am telling you what I saw I was not trying to price match or argue so I hung up!!!

Dont bother unless you like being condescended to. Isabelle is very concerned with making sure you know shes in control and right.
