I was a bit worries after reading the last review, but this was the only place I could afford. Chris and Kyle made this quick and easy for me, and, extremely professional. The offered me ways to save money on this process, Instead of the other places I went to who kept jacking up the prices, trying to convince us to buy and Urn that was over $500 (as I saw the same one at Avenidas for $200) . Avenidas took care of my father last week, and I would trust no one else to do so. I dont know what the last persons problem was, but Chris was not at all rude or disrespectful. Thank you Chris and Kyle, We owe you.

Avenidas Cremation &Burial was so helpful to my family and I at the time of losing a loved one it can be very stressful having to accommodate everything can just be a head ache. Chris was very patient, understanding and loving. I can remember sitting in the office with him reminiscing of my dad feeling like Chris was apart of my family as if he lost somebody close to him to he made my experience so peaceful witch made it easier to lay my father to rest. I cant thank Chris enough. HANDS DOWN WOULD RECOMMEND TO USE AVENIDAS CREMATION & BURIAL! (ask for Chris) ☺

Dealing w/ this organization has been a complete nightmare. Their employee Chris is rude, snarky and unhelpful. He makes conversations difficult and is generally uncooperative and disrespectful. At the time of the loss of a family member this is the last thing one needs. If you have a choice--go elsewhere.

We were recommend by 3 people to have my grandma cremated here. It was a very quick process and all the staff were thoughtful and sincere. Death is not something Ive dealt with a lot in my life, but I will definitely recommend avenida to everyone
