While dealing with these inevitable life events, the last thing on your mind is trying to figure out how to organize a funeral for your loved one. I ended up calling a few places to try and obtain information, and Romero Family Funeral Home was the one who answered all of my questions and made sure all of our needs were met. During our first meeting, we never felt pressured but welcomed. We worked with Efrain and Eva, both wonderful. They did everything on their end to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. The day of the funeral, everything was extremely organized. The other staff was helpful, very focused, needless to say your mind is not all there while you are grieving the loss of your loved one. My brother in law looked exactly like himself, they really did a great job with the embalming. I know my brother in law was taken care of. They escorted us to the cemetery, way over 30 vehicles. We had no problems, everything was exactly how we pictured it and it couldnt have been without their help. I would recommend Romero Family Funeral Home to everyone and would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart with making this experience a little less difficult. They have amazing staff, very kind, and are there to give you all of their support. Im glad we chose them.

I wanted to share the experience we were able to enjoy during the recent loss of our father John Joseph Chacon 9-24-1934 thru 4-18-2015 The kindness and compassion which we received from the entire staff from our funeral director , the gentlemen who came to our home to take our father into the care of the mortuary ,was the very best , I know in my heart that Romero Family funeral home treated us as if we were their own family. My father was dressed and cared for with the utmost dignity. The service provided by Romero Family Funeral Home, help us celebrate my fathers life , as we grieved . We didnt worry about even the smallest detail. I highly recommend Romero Family Funeral Home with out any hesitation. May Gods Peace be upon you as you look for a mortuary to serve your family. I just want to thank Romeros for such a wonderful beautiful funeral they did for my brother. The event was much bigger then i expected. Romeros stood professional the whole time. They let us grieve without worrying what was next. They had patience and understanding. The escorts did an amazing job . I think there was over 70 cars. They keep the line together. The florist was amazing. They did a great job on every flower. I recommend ordering the rose rosary, its beautiful. The Hearst was beautiful it matched my brother beautiful white casket. Andres you and your team are awesome. I cant thank you enough for everything. Thanks from Francisco Martinez family

My father passed away in October 2012. We chose Romero family funeral home because we had previously attended a cousins funeral there, and because they had everything we needed to give my father the best services possible. Their prices were the best we found and their customer service was professional and remarkable. What was the worst day of my life was made better due to the caring staff and wonderful job they did with his services. My Dad looked just like his handsome self and was cared for properly. I will continue to recommend Romero to any friends and family that are facing this hard task.

My familys experience both times with Romeros funeral home were by far disappointing. It was even hard to mourn the loss of our loved ones because they did not even a little bit look like them. The person who does the embalming which I found out later is the owner of Romeros did such a horrible job on molding the face it was hard to even recognize. We will never go back there again. Customer service was Horrible I will never recommend anyone here.Such a bad experience.
