Recently when our Mom passed away, Carroll-Lewellen handled all the details of her Service. We found Heath to be incredibly supportive, always answering our phone calls or texts immediately. He helped us with the Service by going out of his way to deliver upholstered chairs to another location so our guests could be comfortable. The colored Programs he created far exceeded our expectations. He advised us on the best way to set up the room and even took one of our elderly guests home after the Service. Just picked up the ashes of "Felix" our cat that past away last Tuesday. I want to thank "Heath" from Carroll Lewellen Funeral Home in making it his mission to cremate our cat through a friends business of Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium. I am so happy that babys body was well taken care of by loving people who also respect animals and understand that the loss of an animal friend is painful and fragile. Once the rest of my family comes back home we will finally be able to mentally say goodbye to our loving family member and friend "Felix".

This funeral home went above and beyond our expectations. We were definitely not easy clients. Ive had to call them in the middle of the night to ask for changes to be made simply because our family was very emotional and always felt like we could do something better. They were kind, compassionate, and genuine. They made us feel like family, and not a business transaction. You will not be disappointed. I am shocked at the prior one star reviews. I do not believe for a second that there is any truth to them. The whole staff is amazing!

The caring and passionate staff at this funeral was bar none the best we have ever received. We have used funeral services in colorado and other states for our family and found this funeral home to be the best we ever experienced. Our family was extremely saddened by our loss, but Mr. Carroll made the transition easier. I can only hope that funeral homes take notice and follow his lead. I had met with them at the funeral home to plan the funeral for my wife who passed in a car accident on sept 11 2012. The folks there that operate this funeral home went above an beyond for my family and I. They helped with every aspect as you can imagine I was not all there and keeping it together well. If you ever need a funeral home in the Longmont area I would only ever call them.

Called a few places near the area and they were by far the most helpful and actually listened to us. They were always there for us with all of our questions and answered them no matter how petty they may have seemed. I dont write many reviews but I wanted to make sure I did. If you have to call them, they will take good care of you, there is no need to call around.

I had the fortunate experience to work with Heath at Caroll-Lewellen when a family friend passed away. I called him at 4pm on a holiday to connect the bereaved family with him and he was very helpful and kind. If someone you care about has passed away, they will take good care of you.
