I would go anywhere else but here as I had them check my jeep and it took them 3 times to find out what was wrong with it. I found out what was wrong with it before they did. 1st they said it was alignment, then they said it was my tires, finally I had enough and said you guys had 3 chances to find out what was wrong with it. There the one that should know more about cars then me and I found out before them. I wasted my time and money there I should have went somewhere else, but it my fault for going there in the 1st place, But anyone thinking of going there dont waste your time and money like I did. They tried to sell me new tires when the ones I had where still good and under warranty from the last place i bought them. buyers beware Stay away.

Got my oil change and drove home and noticed my car was over heating and called Firestone back and expressed my concerns. Scott was a awesome help and just said to let it cool down and drive it back over and they will address. I agreed and said I would be there shortly then about 15 mins later I got a call from Jay saying he was outside my house to take a look but unfortunately my address was not up to date so they were at the wrong place but going the "extra mile" was great! I only get my work done on my cars here because of this! Great Customer service and I give them 5 stars!

The guys at FireStone have always been quick and honest when working on my vehicles. I purchased the lifetime alignment on my car and have been in several times to take advantage of this service and everytime I receive good and fast service. I have always felt respected and been treated fairly when dealing with the guys that work there. I highly recommend them for brake inspections (honest experiences always), Alignment work (full detailed report), and Tire repairs, install, rotations, and purchases (all personal experiences).

Kim is the Manager - you will like his personality very personable. I used to trust the car dealer with my tire rotation and balance...not any more. He would identify problems on my tires the car dealer couldnt fix. Get the lifetime tire balance and rotate its well worth the money. I dont trust anyone to touch my alignment, tire, and balance. Now he gets all my car repair business. This place is that good. Give it a try you wont be disappointed. Some days they are very busy and for a good reason.

We have been bringing our vehicles here for service for some time. The best word I can use for this Firestone dealership is "integrity". They never take advantage of opportunities to charge us more or to do work that isnt needed on a vehicle. Their appraisals of service needed are honest and fair, and the work done on our vehicles has been impeccable. Highly recommended.

I brought my car in for an oil change and they said I needed new brakes and that I was close to having metal grind. I brought my car to two separate auto centers for a second opinion and they said my brakes were fine and I had a while to go before needing replacement. The employees here are thieves. Would not recommend this place.

This is the only place that I will go to for my tires wheel alignment and balancing . They offer really good service with honesty and integrity. They have never tried to sell me services I do not need and always try to give me the best deal possible.

Ive always have gone to Firestone for everything, and this one is probably one of my favorites. Convenient location to take your vehicle if you have an appointment that will take a while before its done but Ive never been held there for more than 45min

Tim was very helpful in getting two new tires put on my car. When the tires we had agreed upon over the phone were out of stock, he put on a better set of tires at no additional cost. Top notch service, and the process was completed very quickly.

dont even bother! had a manager make a quote on tires, even gave me a printed copy of the quote. went to have the work done and they tried to give me a different tire at a higher price. said the tire in the quote wasnt even made yet?

Went in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires, they couldnt patch it so they were going to put a new tire on. The cheaper one was out of stock so they gave me the much more expensive one for the same price. Great service!

Got me right in, a head of schedule, and got the job done in about 25 minutes. Only requested a oil change and tire rotate, but did a full system /fluid check and said everything ok. Good price too.

Complete "misunderstanding" about brand of tires installed. Was it me or them? MAKE THINGS CLEAR FIRESTONE! No longer a customer here. Their smiley-ness can change real fast! UGH!

Not a full service center. Wont do repairs unless you buy parts from them. Ended up going to Pep Boys with no hassles.

Took over 2 hours to get 2 tires and a oil change. Ive worked in a shop and that should only take 45 mins max.
