Excellent customer service, friendly staff, knowledgeable technicians and very reasonable rates on services and parts. This was my experience at Motorcoach Maintenance & Truck Repair of Montana. My Prevost Bus was experiencing significant air pressure loss when I arrived at a local truck stop in Belgrade on a Sunday night. Being pressed for time I decided to leave phone messages at a few of the local truck facilities. After calling two and leaving messages, I initiated a call to the third repair facility ( Motorcoach Maintenance & Truck Repair) to my surprise a very pleasant and knowledgeable staff member answered the phone, set up an early appointment, and assured me that their company would do their best to accommodate me. When I arrived at the repair facility they immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The parts and labor were extremely reasonable and when added with the professional customer service, this shop cant be beat. I would whole heartedly recommend this repair facility for Prevost and all makes of Big Rig trucks. When you are broken down or just need general maintenance there are three things we all consider: technical knowledge, reasonable price and professional service. This organization has all three. Thanks Jeff, Scott, Jenny and Nicole for a job well done.

Worst shop and worst customer service in Gallatin county. Had a tow and a stock turbo replacement done by them. First off, they lied through their teeth about what they were doing, what parts they were using, and most importantly the price of it all. They used cheap remanufactured parts that failed again in under 10 miles. They assured me that everything was cleaned and taken care of properly...all lies. They did not even clean my air filter or change the oil or coolant as they said they did. This shop does not care about its customers and would not even offer to fix it for free after their screw up. They are amateur mechanics that only care about stealing your money. If I could give them 0 stars from my experience I would. DO NOT trust these guys with anything.

The folks here are totally unbelievable and great they are fair and square and bend over backwards to help me get back on the road right down to giving me a ride to Walmart to get money from money gram and food and allowed my Pei tracy to remain in truck wile they work on my truck and I just loved the fact that they had several dogs in the office of their own to include a Gorgeous Pei of their own Sugar Bear... the service quality of work and price was fantastic and I recommend them for all your needs and the mini chrome and lighting and accessories store is wow with great value saw many American made products.... God bless the owners and crew .... best in area...thanks for everything...

I work for a local Transportation company and we have our trucks serviced with MCM. Ive heard about how great they are to us, but Ive never had to deal with the company myself. Today changed that. I have a high profile shipment going across the country that loads on Friday. The truck that is hauling this shipment had an equipment failure and Jay has become my knight in shining armor. The truck will be repaired and ready to go by Friday. A HUGE thank you to Jay and his crew at MCM for coming to the rescue! -Jeni

Never bring your RV to MCM Truck Repair. Their techs took over 2 hours to tell me my AC unit was low on Freon and they couldnt do anything about it. Total cost was $202.00 to tell me they cant fix a sealed ac unit. I had to call 3 times to even get the owner Jay to call me back. He is nice until he gets your money. Big sky RV told me an AC check is $60.00. I should have called them first. If you try to get them to be fair they just get made and say you arent getting ANY MONEY BACK.

If you have a choice in vehicle towing providers, choose someone else like Best Rate Towing in the Gallatin Valley. My experience with the driver was great after a fender-bender accident. Professional, courteous and informative. The owner charged an exorbitant fee for a short tow - a fee which the driver agreed was excessive. This company will take advantage of your situation should you be in a car accident. Call someone else, or encourage the Police to choose another provider.

We had our RV fixed there while we where on ta cross country trip. Our Big foot leveling system would not work. They worked us in and found the problem and fixed it. It was a simple fix. They charged us for there time only. I found them to be honest, friendly and quick. To be honest I was skeptical about them after reading the reviews, but my experience proved it not to be the case. I recommend them highly.

DO NOT...I repeat....DO NOT go to these people for help. They rip you off BIG time. They are extremely rude and inconsiderate and they dont explain how their system works until all of a sudden you have an outrageous bill!!! And who charges you to run a credit card in an emergency situation ...these people do. Absolutely ridiculous. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(My Mom asked me to post this for her, since they are currently on the road) I wanted to give thanks to the MCM truck towing for roadside help. Jeff came to tow another vehicle and helped us with a blowout, no charge, and such a nice young man! Thank you, for your assistance! (On my behalf, thank you sir for helping out two elderly citizens!)

Great bunch of guys there. Even the young one, Joe, seemed to know his stuff. Sometimes young mechanics make me nervous, but not him. I was amazed at how low my bill was. Service call to air me up, then to the shop to replace the compressor. Now the Freightliner dealer down the road, well lets just say I aint too happy with them.

I have been using MCM since before they were MCM. Scott is the head mechanic and partial owner and very very knowledgeable. He has a good staff of mechanics. They always do a good job and guarantee there work. Scott is always available for me wherever I am and whatever time it is. and the have really nice dogs that I love too.

Bozeman local who had to get towed to the dealer. I was nervous having AAA call MCM, as I never heard of them but was glad they came. Tyler was knowledgable and was confident in getting my vehicle on the flatbed. Experience was better than I was expecting. Wait the 15 minutes and have MCM come over. Good people here

Avoid this place!! Very questionable on billing and labor hours, bill way higher then their estimate, and the actual mechanic work failed (they will not back their work). If your paying for new parts get proof you got new parts!!!! My mechanic said the new part I paid for looked used!!!
