I dont give poor reviews usually but since this New owner came in 2 weeks ago it has been the Worst experience i have had with a mechanic. Made appointment a week in advance. Did not even look at my car that day. Reason being: they could not work alignment machine so they did nothing. 80% of work i needed done did not need alignment. Mechanics were incompetent and missed many abvious problems that Mountain Muffler easily spotted. Mechanics did not know how to replace struts as they stated to me. Gave me a false quote as they did not realize struts needed to be replaced in pairs. Told me brakes were great when in fact the were squeaky and shot ro pieces. Mechanics were very rude and told me I was welcome to take my car elsewhere, so I did. I suggest you do the same

Terrible. Drove 20 miles to get there 10 minutes early for my 3:00pm appointment to get my tires switched over to snow tires and the employee tells me they scheduled another car that they are already working on and she cant fit me in until tomorrow. Or maybe I could wait around an hour and maybe they can get the other cars brakes done and can fit me In. WTF? Really ? First of all, I had the appointment first. Second of all, can you at least call me before I drive 20 miles and tell me that you cant do my tires today. I wouldnt go to this place or trust it. It is a run down looking building with terrible management given what happened to me. The equipment in the bays looks old and crappy. Stay away, stay far away!!

This is the best hometown auto repair Ive ever been to! I checked every other place in town and they were either closed or couldnt get me in until the following week. This place was busy, but got me right in. I will continue coming here for all of my needs. Thank you Gabriel and Heather for all of your help

great local shop! came in to get a wheel bearing pressed into a knuckle and they had me in and out in 20 minutes. great staff. will be coming here for my maintainance needs from now on!
